What A Waste
I have the 8 1 pd. original ribs, which are not available now. I am giving this review here because this is the closest item to the one I have. I have cooked 7 racks and only 2 of them were edible. The other 5 were tough and had almost no actual meat. I look forward to cooking the last rack so I don't have to deal with them anymore. I won't throw them out because I keep hoping that I'll get a good one. What a waste of time and money.

WHAT HAPPENED???
I'VE BOUGHT CORKYS RIBS FROM QVC MANY, MANY TIMES AND ALWAYS FOUND THEM ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. HOWEVER, THE LAST ORDER I RECEIVED WAS FULL OF GRIZZLE. IMAGINE MY EMBARRASEMENT WHEN I SERVED THE RIBS TO GUESTS! I NOTICED A DIFFERENT PERSON SELLING CORKYS ON QVC. HAS THE PLACE BEEN SOLD?

Apple the best !
I have just reordered these ribs for the third time. My brother-in-law put me onto them. Apple is our favorite, though the traditional is very good too.
I think the folks who're complaining about toughness may be overcooking. We've put ours on the grill each time and its very quick, you're basically just heating them up.
That said, should we happen to get a bad batch.... that's the way it is with beef and pork sometimes, not always a good piece of meat, then I will contact QVC asking for a refund.

I have purchased Corky's ribs several times, and they were always DELICIOUS, but this last purchase was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
There was very little meat on the bones.The meat was dry and tough.
I had to make extra sauce to heat them in because there was so little sauce in the bag
I heated enough for two meals, and my husband told me to throw them in the garbage.
I think I have purchased my last Corky's.
I love QVC, but this last purchase of ribs was a big dissapointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER
I am stuck with the worst ribs ever. Very tough!!! My son thought so too! I finally put them in my slow cooker for 8 hours on high. Some improvement but not much. I expected extra barbecue sauce. A little with the ribs in the package didn't cut it. I have better barbecue sauce off the grocery store shelf than this. Maybe if they offered some babyback ribs it would be better. The price was outrageous for what I got. The only positive thing I can say is they got here fast. Save your money people!!

Worst thing ever
I am so disappointed in this product. I had watched the demo several times and broke down and bought them, I was so disappointed.Hardly no meat on the bones and WAY OVER PRICED.Was not a good taste to them at all.:(

GOOD AND BAD
When the meat arrived the dry ice was gone but the meat was still cold so I put everything I wasn't going to use immeadiatly in the freezer to keep it fresh. I left the ribs I wanted on the counter for a couple of hours and than I put them in the fridge overnight. All I needed to do was put them in the oven for about half an hour the following day and eat. The apple ribs have a nice tangy taste, however I'm not sure why Corky's call them apple because I didn't taste anything that resembled apple. As for the meat, most of it was tender, although their were some very tough parts. I think next time I'm going to try ribs somewhere else. If you want to give this a try after you read the reviews don't forget you can call Customer Service and ask for a refund if you don't like them.

THE GREATIST RIBS I EVER ATE
When I ate the first l lb rack I could not beleive the amount of meat on the bone. Fat ,so minute it's not worth mentioning. Ate number two and three and still the amount of meat on bone is very very meaty. The sauce is not sweeet, it's delish. I can't say enough about ribs. The first time I ate ribs I hade two packs, they are soooo good. I defrost them in the micro and than cook them for the time noted on box in the micro. In approx. 8 minutes you have ribs and the meat just falls off bone. Will purchase again.

disappointed
Watched the presentations several times and was impressed with the visual appeal of the moistness of the meat.Purchasing the ribs was a well thought out decision and I invited a friend over for a rib feast.Boy,were we disappointed! The meat was very tough and chewy and was in no way like the demonstrations on tv.On a positive note,the sauce was awesome!

I was hospitalized for 90 days awaiting a heart transplant and my sons greatest culinary joy was these corkys ribs.He was able to pop them out of the freezer after his late night visits with me and enjoy some blistfull minutes.

Love the apple bbq!
Made some of the Apple BBQ tonight. It's the best!!! Please come out with a selection for this flavor only. It is sweet, tangy, spicy and not too smokey!! We love it and will be ordering again.
