Rated 2 out of 5 by from mehh This is the second purchase from corky's the first ones were good but this batch as others have stated membrane was on and 2 of the 3 racks were super fatty ( I mean so much fat you could barely eat them) one last rack in the freezer. Will not purchase again!!! the brand the grocery store sells is comparable and way cheaper!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expected More - Quality is not there Watching David and Jimmy do the presentation, I expected way more in regards to product quality and taste. Paying this price for smoked Ribs that still have the MEMBRANE on is not what I expect from QVC and "In the kitchen with David". Does Corky's sell these ribs in their store/restaurant this way? I find that hard to believe. I found them to be better and not as dry when done on the grill.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from SAVE YOUR ;MONEY!!!11 These ribs were just okay. Yes, they are palatable but for the money I want more. Meat was initially tough so I let them cook ten minutes longer. Like the "Three Bears", this was too tough. I won't buy again nor recommend due to the price and lack of superiority of the meat. Next time I will go to local butcher and cook myself.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tough Ribs Great sauce These were in no way tender. The meat did not fall off the bone like on the show. Had to bite hard to rip off the bone. I make baby backs all the time and thought this would be quick way to enjoy them without the hassle of seasoning and cooking all day. Whole family said NO way, don't buy again. One good thing... the sauce was yummy!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing I had high expectations of these ribs, so when my first package was a bit disappointing, I decided to give them another chance and try another package before writing a review, but unfortunately, the results were the same. The meat does fall off the bone as in the TV presentation, but the meat is dry and tough, not moist and tender, and I did prepare the ribs according to directions, brushing with more sauce halfway through the cooking. I will not be reordering these. Definitely not worth the price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They were ok. These ribs were just ok for us. We both love BBQ and fixed 2 racks for dinner. I heated them on the grill for about 10-15 minutes total on medium low. We were a little surprised by these famous ribs. We were surprised that the membrane was left on! While one rack was pretty tough, the other was quite tender! Also, on the tender rack, there were many small shards of bone that we were picking out of our bites. Scary!! Flavor wise, they were tasty. We probably wouldn't order these again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive lesson learned. Not as they appear on TV. I ordered both types of ribs and neither type fell off of the bone. I could deal with a little toughness but they had no flavour. I'm in Louisiana and my hopes for these might have been way too high. Our local grocery has a better product for less. An expensive lesson learned.
