Tough as shoe leather
Fast delivery and meaty but NO WAY does the meat fall off the bone like on TV.
I would not recommend this item unless you like tough meat.

Very Disappointed
We were really excited when this arrived, opened the package and prepared a rack of ribs immediately. OMG they were so tough !!! No way they would pull off the bone like they did in the presentation. Really hope this was just a bad rack and the others will be better.

Tough Ribs!!
We had the pulled pork first, which was very good. Fixed the ribs this evening and they were terrible! The meat didn't fall off the bone, you had to cut it off...wish I could return them. Can't wait til October for vacation down South when I'll have the opportunity to have the 'real deal'.

IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY IT IS
Do not purchase this product. The show makes it looks like you are receiving a lot of ribs with a lot of meat on the bones. In the picture, that first slab is actually 2 small ones side by side. The box comes with 5 small slabs, with a very thin layer of meat.The pulled pork comes in 2 separate boxes, with the pork in a small black tray.There is little sauce on the pulled pork and it tells you to buy their BBQ sauce to put on it. It is no way worth 70 dollars and my husband was angry at me for purchasing it. I'm going to try to get a refund.

IVE HAD BETTER
THE RIBS WERE AVERAGE BUT GOOD,,BUT NOT AS TASTY AS THEY SAY....ALSO NOT AS TENDER EITHER...MY HUSBAND FOUND THE SAUCE A LITTLE SWEET FOR HIS TASTE... I WOULD NOT ORDER THEM AGAIN...BUT ID RECOMMEND THEM SO SOMEONE WHO DOESNT MAKE THEIR OWN RIBS.....

WHAT HAPPEN TO CORKY'S?
What happen to the Corky's ribs that were presented years ago. I don't have the time anymore and I use to ship these ribs to everybody. They were so good the BEST. What happen to Robert? When he presented Corky's ribs they were the BEST and I'm sure he made sure those ribs were the best going out to the customer, since he took pride in his work . I get so tempted to order again watching the presentation, but after reading the other reviews. I end up cancelling. Holiday are coming and we have to do our own ribs, because of the bad orders we have received in the past 2 years. Until the reviews get better, we will not be ordering ribs from Corky's. Too much fats not enough meat for the price. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Not good
Years ago when Corky was on QVC I ordered his ribs. They were meaty, fall off the bone and melted in your mouth. So what a disappointment this order was. I tried the ribs 2 different times following the cooking directions. You had to tug the meat off the bone and then it was hard to chew. Plus these ribs were not meaty.
I gave the pulled pork to a friend and she said it was great.
Improve the ribs and sell the pulled pork or chicken seperate.

The ribs were not very meaty. I was disappointed. They looked so luscious on the TV presentation. I expected better quality. I wish I could return them.

Very Disappointed
Very different than what they look like and are described. Much smaller than they look. They are tough and not muxh meat on the bones. I agree with all the others who say this is a waste of money.

AWFUL
I love the way these ribs were displayed on TV, and I was so excited about getting them, as I love ribs. However, I cooked them as directed and they were tough and not falling of the bone as shown on TV. My boyfriend who eats anything and loves to eat, could not finish his ribs and said what a waste of money. We can do a better job in the oven ourselves.
