slow cooking
after months of trying to cook with this appliance and pan i give up. it takes over 45 minutes just to boil pasta water wither on the electric stove or the induction plate you sold me. I also tried to pop corn and the stove with the pot and the corn burned to black and i had to throw it away. I tried to crack an egg to make fried eggs and the middle of the pan has a hump in it and all of the egg ran to the corners and never cooked. I follow your instruction and cooking guides but after trying to use coffer chef since September 2017 i give up. It sure is not easy as Eric shows on your presentations.

Worst product ever
I am so disappointed in this purchase! The center of pan is all that heats up and it burns everything! No heat on the outer part of the pan! You absolutely have to have some type of oil in the pan and you can’t just wipe it out with a paper towel like shown on the air! So disappointed that QVC would sale a product like this. I waited too long to use it and find out how bad it was and now to late to return it! I definitely would not recommend this product for anyone!
I gave it one star only because I had to give it some rating or it wouldn’t take my review!

Fast Cooking And Easy To Use!
I have replaced my regular stove top with this. The fast cooking and temp. Control has made me fall in love with the product.I like that it doesn't get hot and my teen can use it with ease. I really like all the copper chef products! I always forget this has a timer, but im slowly using it. Ha! I love this stove top.

Damaged...
I purchased this as a Christmas gift in September....My daughter did not use it until February.... When she went to use it the Induction plate would not work.... I was not able to return it because she threw away the box and labels

Doesn't get hot enough
Using pan on regular stove, have to have on high to get hot enough to fry. Bottom not flat oil puddles to sides not middle. Not happy with all the money I have spent on copper pans, non stick does not last.

Wonderful
I used the induction burner with the induction pot that I have. And set it and forget it. My hard boiled eggs turned out perfect. I set the timer and went to the grocery store to get a
things. It's great to have the timer to use.

Not as advertised
So much for even heating. The heat pools in the center. The sides don't get the heat to them because the center plate on the bottom of the pan has given it a slight bump & it raises the center. But, I will say, nothing sticks to it. It does wipe clean. Just watch that center, your food will burn.
As for the induction cooktop, it takes FOREVER to heat up. Annoying.
