Rated 3 out of 5 by from better quality control needed I purchased this set back in November 2016, at an even lower price than this, but did not use the casserole pan until the other day. I have several Copper Chef items that I like, and I did not use any of this set until now. But the casserole pan here is defective. It is not unusable, but it is quite a nice blemish on the casserole pan. I did not pay close enough attention until after I just used the item in the oven. I thought it was just chicken grease or something that had splattered, but no, there is about a 1/2 inch square spot near the top edge on one side that has no Cerami-Tech coating. It does not really affect the cooking since it is at the very top, but it is unsightly. I love Copper Chef and have used their skillets and grill and cooktop for over a year. This is the first defect I have encountered. This is not a QVC issue, but a Copper Chef one. Yes, I could return to Copper Chef for a repair or replace since it has "lifetime" guarantee on the coating, but reading the small print it seems that it would not be cost effective with my out of pocket payment for them to handle it. A little better quality control would be nice please!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST Cook Pan EVER Absolute BEST cook pan to where I've told all my friends and family about and they've bought their own now. I've had this over a year now, use it at least 3x a week, and it's still nonstick! I've never had any other cookware remain nonstick before. AMAZING!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed feelings I have a set of the Copper Chef pans.I like the sizes of the pans and the deep sides on some styles.I am disappointed at the fact that the "coppef"finish scratches off so easily on the bottom.I have been very careful with the pans because I want them to stay nice.I store them with paper towels between, etc. They say they are metal utensil safe but even with great care and not using metal very often, they are scratched. The non stick is pretty good but for how long?Don't think I would buy them again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I Hate The Handles On The Lids There certainly has to be a way with today's technology that you could make a lid that has a handle that doesn't get so hot that you can't touch it . I detest trying to fry bacon in these pants and put the bacon press on it because by the time I'm on my Second pan the handle on that bacon press is so hot you have to use a towel or a flat holder which eventually falls into the grease because the handles not that deep to try to pick it up

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Copper I wish I could give this a higher rating. I wanted to like it and have kept it. I find the nonstick surface does stick after a while. Also the handles have no substantial weight so it makes pouring hot mixtures safely very difficult.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse purchase I recently bought the copper pans. I used them daily for 30 days and now the pans have lost their nonstick capabilities. It was awesome at the beginning and now they are sub standard Very disappointed. QVC should never endorse this product. I would like my money back on this purchase and to top it all off it was not just one pan I bought a group of pans.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT HAPPY WITH PRODUCT Very disappointed... Product is not as good as advertised after a few days of using everything starts to stick to pan.. Do not waste your time or money.. Ps they give you a hard time with warranty as well.. HORRIBLE!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Coating doesn't last This worked well for a while until the copper started to wear off. Now food sticks on the unfinished surface of the pan and it looks awful. Only 60-day warranty, so it happened too late to return it.
