I fried chicken using this for the first time and it came out perfect. So much better than the frying pans and skillet. Can't wait to try other things. I love it.

Gave the Copper Chef Pan to
my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. And the recipe book is very helpful. Has 4 growing boys and works full time. Loves the easy 30 minute recipes.
I then decided to order the XL pan for her.
She gave her old pans away. What she is thrilled about is being able to put the pan in the oven.

I am the biggest messiest cook. Nothing sticks to this pan. Easiest clean up ever!

After the first few uses it will begin to stick badly. It scratched very easily, I have never used anything buy wooden or silicone utensils. It is just poor quality and does not live up to the hype. Too late to return it and so it is in the trash.

I've only used this a few times. Used it on the stove top to deep fry chicken wings and cheese rangoons for New Years Eve. Baked a meatloaf in the oven. The clean up was quick and easy. Very versatile pan, and I will use it much more in the months to come.

I have used this pan for over three months, I always start with a small amount of crisco and have not had a problem with food sticking. I did try eggs once with the shortening and the did not come out well. My main issue is the outside of the pan the coating is very thin and scratches easily and burn on stains do not come off, also the bottom is now dis-colored and stained and clean leaves it a dull aluminum color.

When I first got my copper chef pan, I loved it. It really worked like it said. I baked cookies, fried fish, cooked eggs, grilled cheese, steamed veggies. It was amazing. I stopped using my other cookware and only used this. Then I decided to try the steak recipe in the cookbook. I heated my pan before adding the steak. I had the heat on med/low. My child got hurt and I as I tended to my child, which was only a minute, my smoke detector went off. I ran back in the kitchen. My pan was oxidized. It looks horrible. I couldn't get it clean. It still worked. When I cooked the steak, nothing stuck. However, the next morning my French toast burnt and stuck horrible to the pan. Yes, that was my fault but I can't get the burnt on mess off. I know have a very expensive piece of garbage. You can't use a metal souring brush. I tried soaking it, boiling water in it to losen up the burnt on mess, but it won't come off. I'm very disappointed.

Have used it a couple of times. Now anything you cook in it turns the bottom black. Cooked a burger in it and had to throw the sponge away after cleaning it. Terrible item! Waste of money!
