Rated 3 out of 5 by from Uneven Heating When I fry meat the outer corners DO NOT cook at same temperature as the inner circle portion (that portion is where the induction ring is on the bottom. It is not a good co doctor of heat outside that circle. The good thing is it cleans up well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Chipped I bought this over a year ago, however, only started using it when I moved in to my new place. I was so excited to have a new pan. I've been using it for just a few short months and it's already chopped and now the copper is coming off the bottom. It is non stick and cleans easily but these shouldn't be happening after such light use. My son in law wants to but all the copper pans and I will recommend that he doesn't. Nothing I can do about it now as its past the time warranty. Live and learn that you can't believe everything.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ultimate Disappointment I was super excited when I ordered this product and even more excited when I received it. I was expecting nothing short of an exceptional food prep experience...and it was. What they DON'T tell you is that these pans start to break down and chip/scratch/pucker about a year out. That is what happened to mine, as well as the steam rack discoloring. I take very good care of my cookware, meaning that I never use metal utensils for cooking or clean in the dishwasher, so misuse is not an issue. Contacting the distribution company, after several attempts, I was told that they would provide a replacement. What the advertisement does NOT specifically say is that, while they will replace the item, you have to pay to have it shipped back to them AND pay to have them ship the "free" replacement to you. The pans are not cheap and I expected a more durable product. This just seems to be a waste of hard-earned money since there is the possibility that it will break down again in another year or so. That, for me, was the ultimate disappointment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Be careful how you use the pan! I got this set about a year or more ago and I do love the way you cook with it. However, a word of caution. You can damage the Cerami-Tech coating if you are not careful. Having seen Eric several times showing popcorn in his pan on TV I decided to try it. He never showed how to do it, and his cookbook does not indicate how. So I decided it cannot be that hard. I wanted to use this method since I do not want oil or butter on popcorn. I put some corn in the pan and put on the lid and raised the heat, not all that high. But after a few minutes the corn started burning and smoking. I removed it from heat and later upon cooling dumped out the burnt popcorn. Unfortunately, I did notice that in one or two places little fissures occurred in the Cerami-Tech coating on the bottom. It has not hurt the way the pan cooks overall as I have cooked meat and chicken since then. Of course there is a lifetime warranty on the coating but reading the fine print makes it less expensive to buy a new pan if I want to rather than return it. This is just meant as a word of caution! If you do not know exactly how to cook something like popcorn in the pan then do not try it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far no problems Don't know why so many people are having problems, you really have to follow the directions with this pan, to prevent damage or sticking issues. I have fried fish in this several times & have had no problems. Nothing stuck to the pan & clean up was a breeze. I have an electric stove & bottom of the pan has no burn marks, so far. The only issue is this is not a "real copper pan" just coated with copper. Maybe it should be called a Copper coated pan instead.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Huge Disappointment! Wow. What a disappointment! I was so excited to try the new skillet w/the accompanying induction cook top. Yuck! My food(In this case, as small beef roast that I was browning) totally brunt in the middle and had hardly browned around the outside. The square pan forms a HUMP in the middle, causing all browning liquids to run off to the side thus allowing the center to become a scorching hot pad.... even on low and keep warm! Sorry I didn't use it sooner, as now I can't return it! Was so looking forward to using it for an extra cooking surface for the holidays. BUT... NO WAY! SAVE YOUR MONEY HONEY!
