CooksEssentials Nonstick Individual Pie Makers with 2 Dough Cutters
I love my mini pie maker!
I have made mini peach pies and they turned out just right. I just bought a refrigerated crust, used the dough cutters as instructed in the directions and had yummy little pies in no time. I did forget to season the pie maker with some cooking oil on a paper towel and had a little issue with the pie filling sticking and that made the clean up a little more difficult than it would have been otherwise but that wasn't the pie maker's fault, that was all on me. I highly recommend this little pie maker and all the Cooks Essentials makers.
Oh what fun!
I must have used this machine 20 times so far. Love it. It makes perfect pies every time in just 12 min. My first try was the chicken pot. Pie recipie that came with the machine. It was great and I was hooked. I feel like Martha getting creative with baking. Looking forward to using it for parties. If I can do this anyone can.. Great price, good design, easy to use, easy to clean. Love it..
Used this pie maker twice. Love it! Used prepared crescent roll dough for the crusts, a real time saver. Mixed Veg-All and a can of cream of chicken soup, added to the crust and in 12 minutes had a two great chicken pot pies for dinner! Had left over pot pie mix, put it in the freezer for future pies! Will try a fruit pie next.
Would not recommend . Used it twice, not impresses. Screws came out, could not put back together. then lost some screws which could not find on open marketl Badly made
Great portion controller!
We are having a blast with this little pie maker!
It's fast and easy and fun!
Have just made sweet pies so far and looking forward to making a savory chick pot pie this weekend.
Great for kids as well as adults.....with our little pies we add a small scoop of ice cream, yum!
Sent 2 out to granddaughters for their families and they love 'em too.
works really well and as advertised. really like it.
Love it to make eggs
I have used this several times to make eggs - they are great. But I only gave it 4 stars because I agree with some of the other reviews when it come to pies - I couldn't get them out of the machine without breaking the crust apart.
love this little machine i have made cheese and onion pies and mince and onion pies my husband made cherry pies and apple pies it is great and for the price you cant go wrong
I've tried two different kind of pie doughs (sheets and pre-formed) and I can't get this to work. It looks so easy on the demonstration but the dough just doesn't work. What comes out of the pie maker is tasty, it just looks terrible and breaks apart. The kids keep asking for "pudgy pies" but I can't get them to look good.
This is for a friend for Xmas, so I haven;t used it. Looks really nice for the money, and I am sure she will just love it.
I admit, I have only used this for eggs, but they were fantastic. Other egg cookers make eggs rubbery, but these are light and fluffy. I'm not sure why it seems to be a chore to pull out the frying pan, but it is for me. This little cooker is just easy to use. I will be using it for its intended purpose as soon as I purchase some pie crusts.
Well worth the purchase.
I couldn't pass up the price and easy pay offer. Just note: THESE ARE SMALL PIES. (perfect for late dessert with my boyfriend instead of going out)
I made the crust recipe that came with. It didn't seem make enough (it said 4 pies but really only 3), so I am trying an on-line (PW) recipe. I made apple pie (pre cook the filling in a sauce pan, just like you would for a regular pie). LOVED how it turned out.
I used the extra pie crust this morning and made a 1 egg and cheese pie to take to work (scramble 1 egg, pour in to pie crust, add shredded cheese and cook for 12-15 min). REALLY good . One egg/cheese was just enough to fill the pie.
I am very happy with it.
