Rated 2 out of 5 by from Loved It Until It Peeled Loved this product used it a lot until the non stick started to peel after 3 months! Never used metal utensils in It! Too late to return. Disappointed again in yet another QVC product! Quality is better than Quantity QVC!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It Was Awesome Until.... I have loved this multi cooker until today. It got to the point that I don't know how I even baked chicken without it. However today when I was warming up chili it suddenly died and it's barely a year old! It also scratched easily and the bowl insert is not very sturdy. I hope they release a better version

Rated 1 out of 5 by from EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I bought this back in August because I knew I would be needing it for Thanksgiving this year. I used it for the first time today and I am SHOCKED that the supposed non stick coating is already peeling. I guess I learned a hard lesson that when you buy something from QVC you better try it out immediately because now it’s too late for me to return it and get my money back. I’m a frequent shopper here, and am extremely disappointed that a product this cheaply made was even endorsed by QVC! Should have bought the Ninja!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love And Hate I love love love this cooker so lightweight oh that makes it amazing for me easy to clean Cooks wonderful so many functions why did you not put quality non stick material inside big negative after cooking less than six times already it's starting to pit and peel in the bottom if it were not past my 30 days I would have to send it back for the cost if it had quality non stick material in side it would be a Five Star Plus item sorry Cook's Essential disappointed and I had ordered two and it's past time to send them back

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not The Best I have used this product twice since I had it. First, the buttons were hard to use. I found myself pressing extra hard just to put in my desired settings. At first, I thought I was doing something wrong. Secondly, the inner pot that is supposed to be non-stick is very flimsy feeling. I have used only silicone cooking and serving utensils and I see that the coating has scratches in it. The scratches appeared after the first use. I washed with a soft cloth and everything. So, the inner pot's coating is not lasting at all. Then, the pot just feels very weak; almost like the cheapest tin or something. It's just not durable. The food I cooked was ok. It was easy to use and I did like having access to all those functions. I made a cake in it and the cake was very moist and well cooked. There really was no overheating in the kitchen. If you just want one of these to just have, this is as good as any, but If you plan on using this every day, I would go for something that felt a little more sturdy. I do not see this lasting to long, as a matter of fact I am thinking of returning it. So, its good, but NOT THE BEST. I would not buy another one unless it came with ceramic or stainless steel insert. I think the NINJA one may be better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Low quality when I received this, I immediately washed it and put it to use. After 1 use, the non stick coating developed bubbles all over the bottom of the pot. It cooked well enough, but if I feel if I had used it again, the non stick would start to peel.
