Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rotsa Ruck Bought 8qtin January worked fine until 4th time using, then it just quit blew my kitchen fuse. Can't return you only get 30 days to make sure it's right. After that time you have to call the the customer service dept. of Maxi-Matic in Ca.They will send you a complaint form to fill out and mail back. Who knows from there what will happen. Not a HAPPY CAMPER.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk just junk Have used several times mostly in winter never in summer, have had for about 18 months. Have lately had to hold the valve down to keep the pressure in while it cooks so much for doing any other food preparation while that food is cooking. Then today put my food in and pressed pressure button, numbers started like was going to work then E4....some malfunction that requires a part to be replaced. Had for 18 months only used about 8 months of that and now needs a part replaced...so not worth the money...cheap piece of junk..junk junk.. Do Not Buy

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissapointed I bought this pressure cooker in a 8 quart size. I loved it and then last night when I made pulled pork there was part of the teflon coating that came off of the insert, Sooo disappointed and won't buy this again. I made beef stew in 20-25 minutes, delicious. I made several things and loved the short time it took, so I am very disappointed. It's been over 30 days and I didn't think that QVC would take it back, They are because it's defective.just disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect one stop home cooker. Wow! I have used my CE 4 quart twice already and love the results. It's easy to use and works quite quickly. Large enough to stack ribs and chops for one or two people without taking up the entire counter space.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money I used my 6 qt pressure cooker for the first time tonight- well tried. It kept getting an E-4 error. I finally got it to brown for 8 minutes, then put the pot roast ingredients and roast in and started to cook - for less than 10 minutes, then back came the E-4 error . Never could get it to work again. I wished I had tried using it during the warranty period - at least I could have maybe done something with the manufacturer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from COULD HAVE CAUSED FIRE I purchased the 4qt cooker about a year ago. Loved the results the first few uses, but by the fourth or fifth use it took a very long time to find/keep pressure. I never used abrasives on the pot but it still flaked nonstick into my food and left discolored marks. The silicone seal and pot hold the smell of whatever food you've cooked despite cleaning efforts, yuck. THE WORST COMPLAINT IS THE ELECTRICAL PLUG, poorly built and prongs unevenly push back into unit when cord was attached. Prongs unevenly plugged into cord when operating, can't see it and still worked even though the faulty prongs became so hot it melted the end of the power cord inside the unit! I babied it even though it was advertised to be a workhorse and it still fell apart in less than a weeks worth of use, too bad it took me longer than the return policy to use it seven times! Thank goodness we didn't have a fire! Really want my $ back QVC

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NO SLOW COOK button I need a slow cook button. I got as a replacement for one that I returned. I use pressure cook button to get food going but then I like to switch to slow cook, especially for spaghetti sauce. I will be returning this and buying elsewhere after Christmas. Sorry, NOT a good value for me.
