Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money I used my 6 qt pressure cooker for the first time tonight- well tried. It kept getting an E-4 error. I finally got it to brown for 8 minutes, then put the pot roast ingredients and roast in and started to cook - for less than 10 minutes, then back came the E-4 error . Never could get it to work again. I wished I had tried using it during the warranty period - at least I could have maybe done something with the manufacturer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from COULD HAVE CAUSED FIRE I purchased the 4qt cooker about a year ago. Loved the results the first few uses, but by the fourth or fifth use it took a very long time to find/keep pressure. I never used abrasives on the pot but it still flaked nonstick into my food and left discolored marks. The silicone seal and pot hold the smell of whatever food you've cooked despite cleaning efforts, yuck. THE WORST COMPLAINT IS THE ELECTRICAL PLUG, poorly built and prongs unevenly push back into unit when cord was attached. Prongs unevenly plugged into cord when operating, can't see it and still worked even though the faulty prongs became so hot it melted the end of the power cord inside the unit! I babied it even though it was advertised to be a workhorse and it still fell apart in less than a weeks worth of use, too bad it took me longer than the return policy to use it seven times! Thank goodness we didn't have a fire! Really want my $ back QVC

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NO SLOW COOK button I need a slow cook button. I got as a replacement for one that I returned. I use pressure cook button to get food going but then I like to switch to slow cook, especially for spaghetti sauce. I will be returning this and buying elsewhere after Christmas. Sorry, NOT a good value for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do NOT Buy I ordered this couple years ago. I only used it about 5 times. It doesn't even have a stain on it! While it was in use, it suddenly stopped. Completely dead! I unplugged and plugged it again. NOTHING! What a waste of money. I want my money back please. Unfortunately, since it's been couple of years ago, a refund is most likely not going to happen.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I absolutely love QVC but was very disappointed when this pressure cooker died during preparation for last nights dinner. I purchased it just over a year ago and have used it 8 or 9 times. It turned what should have been an easy meal into total frustration. I decided to go a different route and ordered an Instant Pot. Hoping for a better outcome! I would not recommend this for a gift.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complete waste of money and time. "I was very excited to receive my pressure cooker. It is almost a year but this is my fourth time using it so I know I have not worn it out. It started to pressure then just lost pressure and has not regained it. The cooker was set for 40 minutes and it pressured for about three minutes, lost all pressure and the red light just kept spinning around, no pressure and still registering 40. I tried to get it to work but no luck. I just reset it to be sure and it is still not working. I wasted my money for nothing. So disappointed. I have to go cook beef on the stove now at 2:30 in the morning because this cooker failed. Please don't get tricked by the commercials, it is no good."

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No PRESSURE I received this in June. I used it 3 times and had problems from the get-go. Rice took 2 hours-as opposed to 45 minutes on the stove. Takes hours for pressure to build and does not go to Keep warm as indicated in the manual! I am going to return to manufacturer and hope they can repair or replace. Junk is too good a description. I am so disappointed. Cannot recommend. Far too costly for 3 uses. I've learned not to buy appliances on QVC.
