Good idea, but doesn't work
It is very cute and a great idea, but it doesn't work. First, it is hard to get the parts in and out. Second, the plastic is flimsy. I was always afraid it was going to break and I could see some of the joints were showing wear from trying to get it out. Third, I couldn't get the pieces on the four piece set to match. If a cutter can't cut cleanly it is worthless as a cutter.II played with it for several days before giving up and returning it. My experience - stay away.

Great concept!
Bought this as a Christmas gift and almost didn't give it up! It was so much fun to play with. If only my duck had included 2 feet it would have been perfect!

FAMILY/FUN FUNCTIONAL/FRAMES = WACKY CUTE CUTOUTS!
…FOR ALL MEMBERS OF FAMILIES… I put a sparkle in my grandchildren’s eyes when they bring friends to visit to watch Babcia bring out the Animal Cookie Cutters. Then the fun begins as we each plan out making the animal- shape sandwich-of-choice. It is a great animal day at my household… decisions, decisions -- what to choose -- perhaps the duck, the cat, elephant, or maybe the intriguing dragon. Cook’s Essentials® Kitchenware has put together two central body connecting frames in round and the other an oval. Once we each choose the animal specialty, the work is easy by selecting from thirty parts to form the rest of the animal body… and away we go! Stuffing in the sandwiches with peanut butter/jelly is popular; then there is cream cheese… but we don’t stop there after consuming sandwich and milk, we are ready to bake cut-out animal cookies and that’s even more fun! And did I mention that the animal parts don’t have to match? That is - we mix a bear body with a duck’s head, and imagination goes rampant as to the finish on the surface of the s shall we add sprinkles or M&Ms? Or perhaps on the bread of the sandwich a few cut circles of an olive for eyes, and so on… Well, you get the idea for a rainy-any-day party fun with the Cook’s Essentials® cutout product. It may begin a movement for neighborhood cut-out parties that will push the five-star rating to twenty for Cook’s cutters! P.S. I am even thinking ice cream in the cutters placed into the freezer just long enough to get ice cream solid then body parts eaten on cooled-off and ‘really cool’-- cut-out baked cookie shapes! Even cut-outs on brownies or pound-cake or angel food cake are all good ways to go!
