Rated 1 out of 5 by from The insert scratched :( I really do love my DPC but did the insert pan have to have a nonstick coating on it??. I wish the insert was stainless because the nonstick coating scratched already and it's only a month old! I think I still have time to return it because know it's going to continue to go south because 1 scratch is all it takes with these nonstick coatings! Please consider making the insert pan stainless if you redesign!! I ended up ordering an Instant Pot because of the stainless steel insert!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Assembly required This electrical cord connection wasn't completely assemble. Turn it upside down and disconnected the base, insert the socket and then reassemble.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product Love the pressure cooker. It is great for all kinds of cooking and big enough for a ham, chicken or large pot of chili. The only thing that I had a problem with was the pressure valve.it doesn’t work with arrows on pot. You have to move it around till it seals.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from SO DISAPPOINTED! I have owned 4 electric pressure cookers. I literally wear them out I use them so often, so I am very familiar with how to operate them. This one looked great especially for being tall to cook corn on the cob, as well as being an 8 quart size, which I prefer over smaller ones. But, I must have received the only ONE that was faulty. It BURNED everything I tried! Soup stock, soup, rice, they all burned. So for me, I will stick to more traditional wider shape instead of a tall one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Teflon peeled off I was very happy with this until after around 5 uses the teflon on it began to bubble off and I had never used anything but plastic utensils :( oh and the writing on the lid came off with first wash :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Express Fail The letters in the lid ( exhaust vent.), all erased on the first wash. Thee is NO poultry button. Seemed simpler to use on air

Rated 5 out of 5 by from not like before This pressure cooker is not like the ones you or I have had before !!! I love this cooker, I do admit it is a bit big, I'm short so have trouble seeing to the bottom or the inside of the pot but like the Blue Jean Chef says, you can make a little in a big pot but not a lot in a little pot.. I have made her recipe for the rigatoni.. tweaked it bit for my taste, done in 8 minutes, and made a big pot of the 15 bean and ham soup.. oh my.. so good, done in about half hour then onto the slow cooker setting and it was ready hours later when we came home.. I am so glad I slurged and got this one... Don't let it scare you. so easy to use. you will be glad you have it..
