Customer service with company
QVC was great in giving me the company phone number to try to fix my pressure cooker. I haven't had much success just yet but were working on it. The company is very nice and assistive.
I still like my cooker and want to fix it but yes my lettering has washed off on my valve as well.

Impressed with Customer Service!
I purchased this cooker in December of 2010, but tucked it away and just recently started using it. I've only used it maybe 6 times, but the electronic number keypad no longer works accurately. Parts of the numbers show up while others are burned out or otherwise broken. It's very difficult to tell how many minutes I've punched in when the display doesn't work!
I called Customer Service this morning on the off chance that QVC would offer a full or partial refund, and to my complete surprise they are standing behind the product 100%. They are sending me a label to return the cooker at no charge to me, and will credit my account for the full original purchase price.
Hooray, QVC! Thank you so much!

BAD....Pressure regular knob/Lid
I too bought this item in 2010, but didnt begin to use it regular until about 6 months ago and about 2 months ago the pressure value housing came out of the lids when removing the pressure regulator know for hand washing.. this broken part effects the use of the cooker and there is no replacement lid avaialble.. Other than this I loved the item and hate to fork out another $100 to replace it...
QVC whats the solution??????

Not good at all
I purchased this after watching it onQVC. The pressure dial broke right after i started using it. Glad QVC no longer carries this item.... not worth the money at all.

Broken Valve
I had purchased this on 11/14/2010 and today the pressure valve had fell out and I seen where there was a cracked peice of plastic down inside where the valve goes in..After reading all the bad comments I thing QVC should do something about it.

Bad product, but QVC is still great
I have battled with this pressure cooker for most of the time and with it being my first pressure cooker, I was disappointed. It wouldn't count down with the timing of the meal cooking. Too many things wrong with it to mention and I figured I was just stuck with it and kept trying to use it. I finally decided to call QVC and see if I had any options and QVC was so great. They told me they didn't want me to unhappy with their products and immediately told me to return it and they would refund my money. Needless to say, I was not only surprised, I was thrilled. In doing this, it allowed me to purchase another one, now hoping it works!
When in doubt, call QVC and ask!

Very Complicated/Poor Instrucitons
David- We love your show but your QC team really messed this one up. Too many issues to mention but for starters the directions are not clear and there are a lot of mistakes contained in the little white booklet. Also the quality seems cheap espeically the pressure release button. Also on our first use the machine kept resetting and would not count down. Definitley going to return this product. Look elsewhere folks for a pressure cooker unless you are a professional chef in which case you may be ok.

Broke Pressure valve
I really loved this pressure cooker. My pressure valve broke about 2 months after I bought it. I was still able to use it until it cracked in several places. After reading all the reviews on this, I think that QVC should send us all replacement valves to correct this problem. I have been purchasing from QVC for years and I would think if this many people had the same problem they should try to correct it. Just like having a recall on something. I believe when the same part keeps breaking for everyone that purchase it they should try and correct the problem.

This cooker works great. Use it almost every day. Did have a small issue, but Customer Service had me return it and a replacement was sent out right away.

bad presser cooker
i order this pressure cooker first time i uses it it did good but had to recook the roast because it wasn't done at the time it said. after that it wouldn't hold the steam and it came out under the lid and all on top the lid. it it too late to get another one. this is a shame too because with all the bad commets about this cooker they should replace them all if it is pass time to return it.
