I bought these in a size 9 which is my closed toe shoe size. They feel nice but a little bit short on my bigger foot. I am going to a size 9.5 and see if that works. I bought cobb hill sandals this summer and they fit nicely in 8.5. I like ordering online but how can you possibly know your size when it varies even in the same brand. Now I have to pay to send these back.

These boots are wonderful for my purposes. I measure a 10C, have no aches at all, a hammer toe, swell like a sponge, and bunions. I ordered a size 11 thinking I'd need to allow for my orthotic inserts. So far, I have not put them in the boot and I wear them all day every day. I love the black and plan to purchase the wine color, too. My back and knees do not object to these boots, and for me, that's very important.. The overall quality of these boots is top of the line and I only wish I could wear them all year around because they are so very comfortable. Highly recommend them!

These shoes are very pretty, nice and soft, but they didn't arrive in new condition! One shoe was all scuffed on the back of the heel, the other was stretched out . Seemed to be a larger size. To much money to keep used shoes. Will be returning today! Very disappointed with QVC !!!

After reading the reviews, I took a chance and ordered my regular size, 7M. I got them in the wine for a pop of color. I am in love with these! Not only are they comfortable, but the color is more on the purple side which I adore. I would describe the color as a deep merlot, making them adaptable to many of my LOGO Pieces. They feel like comfortable slippers, and can be worn with tights, leggings, and jeans. Give them a try!

I have been looking for an ankle boot like this for some time. When I saw this on QVC I really liked the look and even though they were a little spendy, I felt that if they fit, they would be worth it. When they arrived, I was very excited and tried them on immediately. I absolutely love the look, however they were extremely narrow on my foot (I wear a 7W most of the time). I did order up 1/2 size hoping to compensate for the width and it just didn't work. It seemed there was no arch support with very little footbed support. If New Balance would make these boots in the WIDE width with a little better arch support I would buy them in several colors. That being said, they're a REALLY cute boot, sadly, just didn't work for me.):

This boot has great support and I have to be on my feet 10 hours a day.
No break in time. Got it in black ordering both other colors.
So fun and stylish.

My usual "go to brand" for shoes is Orthaheel. I spent OH SO many years in uber-high heeled pumps in my younger years (they were so pretty!) ~ but, my feet have suffered.
After a few unsuccessful attempts at finding ankle boots, I ordered these when I saw "by New Balance" on the tv screen. When they arrived, I thought "well, here we go again!" - I put them on, and it felt like they were custom-made for my feet! DELIGHTED! Happy feet = happy ME! The double-zipper openings aren't necessary for me, but it's nice to know they're there "just in case"...the girth and height of the boot is perfect to cover the bottom of skinny-leg jeans or leggings, and they're snug enough (but NOT uncomfortable at all!) to wear wider-leg jeans/pants over them.
These are the ultimate easy-to-wear boots. I got khaki for its neutral tone...need to select another color or two! I know I will be happy with these in our NC winter - but I've already worn them! I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't love these!

These are the cutest shoes I have tried on for a long time!! That being said, on me they were a tad short. Other reviews said that they were too big so they must have a sizing problem. They not only have no arch support but actually feel like they are pushing your feet to lean toward your arch, they are too expensive for such a poor foot bed. Bottom line is that if they were $40.00 dollar shoes and had the color I want in a 1/2 size up I would have gotten them. Fix the foot bed please! They are so cute!

I am a little surprised at a negative review on this boot as I find they are really nice, beautifully made, the suede is super soft and they are ready to wear right out of the box. I like that they are flat......tho they do have some elevation inside the boot in the heel and I found the support fine. They are lightly lined so won't be good for extended time outdoors in the winter but I am not out for great lengths. I think the size is accurate but if you want to wear a really heavy sock I'd go up half a size. I had on a med weight ankle sock and they were perfect, I did not find they slid up and down tho will admit have not worn them for any great length of time yet. I think they do run a little on the narrow side also. I do think they are a bit overpriced but I will wear them a lot so worth it to me. I don't need a higher boot anymore so these are just right. I like the ruching in the front also and the double zip, easy to slip on and off.

I couldn't wait to receive these cute boots! I got them today - talk about disappointing!
Size/fit is the issue, ordered my true size 8.5 and these fit like 9.5W - huge, non- supportive. I've ordered several boots recently from the Q and find that size is very inconsistent - same with the clothing. I gave one star for cute and soft.

This boot is the most comfortable I have ever worn. A great investment. I ordered my regular size and they were fine. Ordered the black will go back for red. Go for it if you seek comfort.

I think boots and I are not meant to be. I ordered these in my usual shoe size and they fit fine, but I thought I might send back for a 1/2 size up to allow for a sock. As I walked about, not only was the heel slipping but, worse, there is absolutely no support or structure to the boot. I was pronating in so badly I knew my legs would be killing me if I tried to wear these for too long a period of time, so I will be sending them back. I love the look and wanted to order a 2nd pair in the red, but these just won't work, especially for the price. Gotta love them for $112. I don't.
