Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I purchased this style a couple years ago in 7.5W Navy, and LOVED them! I waited and waited for the style to become available, again. I just received the 7.5W Gray pair. What a disappointment! I couldn't even get my feet in the shoe (must be mismarked, looks REALLY NARROW). Also...not gray at all, actually an extremely ugly musty plumb color. Sent them back. Seriously reconsidering ever purchasing shoes from QVC again. Most times they are mismarked and the quality and really taken a dip from years past. Don't waste time on the one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sneakers! Purchased these shoes to wear during the winter as they will go with everything and are very comfortable. Like the style, color and comfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So comfortable This the 3rd pair of these I bought. They are light weight, supportive, and very comfortable. I like lace ups because you can adjust the fit. I have gotten comments like "I love your shoes; where did you get them?" as they go so well with jeans. They run a little small. Usually I order size 6 medium width, in other shoes, but these and most Clarks, I order 6 1/2 since I wear socks (light to light /medium weight) with lace ups.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a fan I was so looking forward to having casual dress shoes. These shoes are not comfortable and the material doesn't breathe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for my problem feet! I have troubled, often painful, hard-to-fit feet. And I'd long ago given up on finding shoes I can wear comfortably that don't cost a fortune. But after thinking about it for a long time, I decided to give these a try, fully prepared to send them right back. But I was stunned by how GOOD these shoes really are! There is exactly the right balance of soft cushioning and vital arch support. I ordered my usual size (6.5 Wide), and they fit very well. But when -- not if, but WHEN -- I order another pair in a different color, I'll probably go up half a size to accommodate thicker socks this winter. If I could wish for one change, it would be to make the sole just bit wider for better stability, especially on uneven ground -- that's the one thing that separates them from being absolutely prefect for me, as opposed to "just" very good. As they are though, I've been wearing them daily for over a month now, and I am really happy with them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too Big In The Heel This would have been a keeper if the heel area fit better. After reading the reviews, I decided to order up a half size, which was a good idea (normally a 7 wide). The 7 & 1/2 fit in the length, and the width was fine. Lovely grayed-navy color with plenty of cushioning on the sole. But the problem was the heel area. Just way to big! Not even 2 pairs of socks helped. Sadly, back they went.
