I have heel pain in my left foot, and I purchased these in the black. I'm wearing them right now actually. They are a work appropriate style and comfortable, providing decent arch support. The foot bed is roomy enough so your toes are not cramped. I did not have a problem with the length of the strap and actually use the 4th hole on the strap, so it's plenty long for me. The length of the foot bed runs true to size. These shoes will be appropriate in an office, or with shorts or jeans. I saw this exact same shoe at a local shoe store, and it was priced $20 more than here at QVC.

Cute, Comfy - But Strap Too Short
I purchased the tan - very cute and so comfortable. However, it took me forever to barely manage to buckle on the last hole of the strap. Can't believe it my narrow foot. Will keep.but will only wear when I have plenty of time to fight with the short strap. Add another inch and I'll give it a 5 star rating.

Love this style but disappointed
As others indicated, the strap is way too short on these shoes. My ankles are fairly slender but buckling the strap was too much of a struggle. I hope they re-design with a longer strap; I will gladly reorder. Sadly the pair I received today will have to go back.

Sort of disappointing...
I love my Clarks shoes....The leather these shoes are made with is soooo soft and the cushion insoles are to dream about. BUT, THE STRAP IS ABOUT AN INCH TOOOOO SHORT. So short that they cut off the circulation...I have NEVER had a problem buckling ANY shoe before and I am a huge fan of Clarks shoes...I gave these shoes 3 stars but they would've gotten 5 stars had it not been for the strap. What happened to quality control CLARKS and QVC. Sorry, they have to go back

Ordered them all!
I was waiting for a dress sandle that didn't show my toes,and now I have it! These look so good on the foot. The colors are true and bright. Love these .......they feel so good on the feet. I really got them in every color. Love,love,love them!

Really like these shoes. They are replacing a pair that have finely
bit the dust...leather is cracking and pealing off.
These will be a nice addition. You can never go wrong with Clarks.

HAPPY TO HAVE THEM.......
BECAUSE I WORK IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT REQUIRES CLOSED TOE SHOES, THESE ARE PERFECT. I WEAR A 7 1/2 MEDIUM CLOSED IN STYLE SHOE, 7 IN A CLOG OR MULE STYLE SOMETIMES. THESE FIT SPOT ON FOR ME. THEY ARE COMFORTABLE FROM THE ONSET, MY TOES DO NOT SHOW AT ALL AND THE HEEL HEIGHT IS GOOD WITH MY BOOT CUT JEANS THAT I WEAR TO WORK. I INITIALLY BOUGHT THIS STYLING IN THE SOFTSPOTS VERSION FROM QVC, AND I THINK THESE ARE A BIT MORE STURDY THAN THOSE, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NICE AS WELL. I THINK THESE RUN TRUE TO SIZE, AT LEAST IN MY OPINION, AND ARE COMFORTABLE. PERFECT FOR WARM WEATHER AND WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS. THIS STYLE IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND, SO I BOUGHT A PAIR IN EACH COLOR, NOT SOMETHING I WOULD NORMALLY DO , BUT OFFERING EASY PAY AT THE TIME BETTER ENABLED ME TO AFFORD TO NOT MISS ALL COLOR OPTIONS IN MY SIZE. I READ THE REVEIWS AND RATHER THAN BECOME DISMAYED BY THE MORE NEGATIVE, I AM HAPPY I TOOK THE CHANCE AND I AM SET FOR THE SEASON. THESE ALSO APPEAR TO BE VERY WELL MADE. I CANNOT ALWAYS WEAR CLARK'S, DEPENDS ON THE STYLE, BUT LATELY THEY DO SEEM MORE CONSISTANT. VERY HAPPY TO HAVE THEM! ON A SIDE NOTE, THE NAVY COLOR IS VERY DARK NAVY...I ACTUALLY HAD TO LOOK IN NATURAL DAYLIGHT AND COMPARED THEM WITH MY BLACK PAIR, THEY ARE BLUE, JUST VERY DARK.

LOVED THE SHOE!!!
I am currently in the process of purging my shoes. I have discarded any and all shoes that cause any type of discomfort even if they were barely worn and expensive. I have never purchased a Clark shoe and was reluctant as I am a fairly young woman and don't want to wear a shoe that my mother would wear, however these shoes were VERY stylish with the comfort I needed. They are true to size...I wear a 10M and they fit perfect. I can not wait until the weather breaks so I can wear them. Beautiful sandal. I purchased the shoe in red. My first Clark and red shoe! AWESOME!

These Shoes Rock
I had to order these shoes two different times. The first pair I ordered a was a size 8 medium, the box said 8 Medium, but one shoe was 8 Medium and the other was a 7 1/2 Medium. I know they weren't returns because all the packing was not disturbed in any way. This must have been a factory mistake.
I called customer Service and placed another order because I was afraid the 8 medium would sell out before my return was processed. The lady was very nice and even deferred S&H on the second pair. Love these shoes and the fit is perfect. I have a rather narrow foot and most of the medium widths are too wide for me, but these are just right. Now if I could get the same size in both shoes I will be very happy!

Wonderful!
Just received my first pair of Clark's from QVC today. These shoes are fabulous. They were packed so beautifully with forms inside each shoe to hold their shape. The leather smells wonderful. The shoes fit like a glove, they hug your feet and look beautiful. Very very impressed.

The strap is too short
My mother purchase these shoes and was disappointed to find she could not wear them - she said the strap was at least 1" too short to fit around her ankle. Her ankles are a little swollen but not that much. Since this product has such high ratings overall I suppose I would recommend it to a friend, but not one with large or swollen ankles.
