Died but Replacing
I feel this does a great job cleaning my face and am very happy that I purchased it.
I have had this product exactly one year and a month. I didn't leave it on the charger as previous people have recommended and allowed it to die before charging. Could usually get 4-5 days out of it. At exactly 1 yr the charge started only lasting one use and would have to charge daily. After 2 weeks of this it stopped working all together. You could still hear the beep from the timer but nothing else. I called Clarisonic and they are sending me a replacement unit at no cost.
I think it should have lasted longer than a year but feel that with the warranty and the way my skin feels it is worth the price!

CLARISONIC HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
So, I purchased this about a year from QVC. It is no longer returnable. I was going to return it because after about 10 months of being fantastic, it all the sudden started turning on by itself, more frequently in the middle of the night. It would fall on the floor from the counter top from the vibrating and wake me and my 11 month old daughter up all the time. I decided to give Clarisonic a call after QVC to see if they could do anything for me. After explaining what was going on, they immediately said they would send me a brand new one at no cost. No further questions were asked. Wow! Best customer service ever! I just purchased the Clarisonic mia as a gift for my mom. She will love it!

WOW! Love this product!
I have only had my Clarisonic for a few days and love how smooth and squeeky clean my skin is. I use Bare Minerals skin care on a regular basis and love how my skin looks, but have always wanted to try Clarisonic. So glad I did! My make-up goes on so much better and my skin looks amazing! Thank you Clarisonic.

Strange Sensation
I gave two of the Clarisonic Mia as gifts to family last year. I had been using the Olay version and liked it. I wanted to upgrade for myself and took the plunge when the Clarisonic Plus was the TSV. I don't think I will keep it - I can't use it around the nose because of the sharp tingling (tickling) sensation it causes. I haven't read of anyone else with this problem, am I just weird.? I didn't experience this with the Olay product and for the huge price difference I'll probably stay with the drugstore brand.
I haven't checked with my gift recipients if they had similar result.

TIP FOR CHARGING YOUR UNIT
TIP: Let your clarsonic's battery die completely before charging it and then charge it up overnight when it does die. Take it off the charger the next morning and you're good to go! This will keep your unit working well. I have had mine for over 2 years now and have not had any problems.

Three Years!
I purchased my clairisonic three years ago. It works as well as the day it arrived. My husband advised me to not leave it on the charger, it's best if you let the battery completely run down, then charge it.
I'm 43 and most people guess I'm about 30. I think the reasons are, Clairisonic and Philosophy Help me. Almost all of my sun damage is gone. It didn't happen overnight but it did happen!

Only Lasted a Year
Clarisonic worked well, my skin had improved with use. Just recently it will not run, after a little over a year use. From other reviews this is an on going problem as other users have had the same problem. Clarisonic needs to fix. So if you buy one hopeful you will not end up with a lemon.

Unbelievable
I couldn't wait fast enough for it to charge and use it. I was so amazed of how just after one use it made my face look. What an amazing product. I'm so glad I tried this. Dont hesitate to buy the Clarisonic, you will be glad you did. Youre face will look cleaner, refreshed and have a great polished (not shiney) look.

Love this product!
The Clairsonic is everything and more. My skin is glowing from using this product. I have combination skin and this product was able to handle my skin on this hot, humid days. I was using it once in the morning and then again before bed time. My pores are looking smaller and the blackheads are slowing going away. The Clairsonic is gentle enough to use every day. It is important to let the unit fully charge before the first use.

CLARISONIC IS INCREDIBLE! IT'S A MIRACLE!!!
I love this Clarisonic Plus bliss collection!!! It's amazing. You feel a difference immediately after using it on my face. The first time I used it I felt like I had a baby's skin!! So soft and my face looked and felt lighter!!! I cannot live without my Clarisonic!!

Beautiful Purple Cherry Blossom Clarisonic
I purchased this clarisonic plus face and body machine in the stunning purple cherry blossom.I remember waiting for the presentation on this machine.Your face and body feels beyond clean.who would want to use a washcloth to bathe after using one of these machines!The cherry blossom style is so stunning,I went back and bought my daughter the green and teal machine.I give this beautiful clarisonic machine a 5-star rating if not more.

Skin Changer
I've always had pretty nice skin, clear complexion...or so I thought. Day one after using this, I couldn't believe how my skin felt and looked. I used with Philosophy products and I had that dewy glow. My co-workers wanted to know immediately what I did and all I had on was moisturizer after using my Clairsonic that morning. This is a serious must for anyone looking for more perfect, healthy skin.
