Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Pan! I have been wanting the Circulon cookware so badly, I can't justify getting it because I have other cookware, some of it hasn't been used yet. So I saw the Circulon bakeware and since I love to bake and bake often, I am going to purchase all of the Circulon bakeware. I started with this pan. I baked a cake in it as soon as I got it. I am really amazed how well it bakes and no sticking. The cleanup was real easy. And the cake tasted good, too! 12-11-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great cookware I have used this pan twice to bake turkey roasts. I cannot say enough about this cookware. After allowing the pan to cool, you can almost wipe it out with a paper towel. It is that easy to clean. It does cost more than the average bakeware but it is well worth it. I have found my last and final bakeware! 12-31-13
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quality Bakeware I've only used this a few times so far to make brownies, but compared to our old 9 inch pan, this is far better in terms of nonstick performance and quality. As for downsides, I would have to say the only cons I'd have to say are: - The baked brownies sometimes separate from the brownie itself and stays in the groove, so you might need to spin the brownie pan a few times to clean out the grooves correctly. - Compared to our old brownie pan, I'd say this one is about half an inch shorter height wise. It's not such a big deal for short height baking such as brownies, but food that needs more height such as baking meatballs might spill over. - The edges of the brownie pan are rolled, but water sometimes collects in the lips as you wash the dishes. It just involves a bit of shaking to get the water out (Don't want to risk leaving it there to rust eventually) 04-26-13
