I've been buying Cheryl's cookies for years now, and these are the same quality cookies that they've always been. None of mine were broken; in fact I've never gotten a shipment that was all broken into pieces. It's a fantastic assortment, and they're delicious as usual. I love the sweet icing...that's the attraction for me. But if you don't like it, go to the Cheryl's web site and order them un-iced. They're all good.

I regularly buy Cheryl's cookies for events, friends and the occasional indulgence. This has got to be my absolute favorite mix of cookies as there are 24 different flavors. There are quite a few which I have never had before. They arrived perfect as usual even in the late August 90+ degree heat. Please keep making sets like this. Also would love to see a frosted only set that has all the different buttercream frosted varieties it it - you have some which have some of the flavors but all would be excellent! Perfect to break into multiple gifts, take to any party as a hostess gift or just because. Love Cheryl's!

I was really looking forward to these and even ordered auto delivery but have since cancelled that. The cookies arrived all smashed to half their size so much that I could not put them out for guests. In addition, they are so overly sweetened inside and the icings. Sorry I really wanted to like these.

I have never written a review on a QVC purchase prior to now. Have had Cheryl's buttercream frosted cookies many times over the years. I have no idea what these cookies are or were because they are all in the trash. Arrived cracked, too soft, broken apart, & partially melted; that would have been a poor enough presentation until I tasted a bite or two of six different varieties. I cannot stress enough how awful these cookies tasted. I adore sweets so it was not the sugar factor, it was the texture, the bad, overpowering of gloppy stuff that was worse than the sweetest sweets I have ever eaten. FYI: I think cotton candy should be a food group so no, this is not a "too sweet" issue, this is about an all around bad cookie. Somehow, they all taste similar even though they obviously aren't. I called QVC & received a full refund to their credit. These are nothing like the Cheryl's Buttercream Frosted (& other varieties) I have had in the recent past.
