I bought this for my long, fat forefinger. I ordered a size 10 and it's GREAT. Gorgeous.

I loved the vintage silver work and rich blue of the stones when I received the ring in early April. I was surprised that after five months the stones have faded to a whitish gray washed out blue. I own many of Carolyn Pollack's pieces and I absolutely love and wear them often so will continue to purchase from her beautiful collection as this was the only issue I have come across through the years.

I wish there had been a presentation on this collection. I bought all three pieces based on other reviews and was not disappointed. This ring looks like an antique. I love it.

These stones are dynamite! They are a GORGEOUS purple blue. I adore cabachons because the stones must stand alone for their beauty, not the cut.
This is a ring which looks handed down from your grandmother or great grandmother. The silver work is outstanding and frames the stones perfectly.
I also bought the pendant and the stones match this perfectly. Usually, I am not a matched set type person, but I'll have that option.
I do not believe this has been shown on air nor was there a video. So I trusted my instincts that this ring would be beautiful. I have many Mazrahi t-shirts in the violet to fushia range and many scarves that this BEAUTIFUL purple-blue will go.
Another reviewer said her stones looked lapis. Not mine! They glow and are perfect. I have quite a lot of Pollack lapis (the American West LARGE lapis necklace) and I can find NO comparison at all between the stones. To me, this is truly in the purple family while all my lapis is royal blue.
Take a chance on this antique looking ring if you like that sort of thing. For the money, this cannot be beat for the design and quality.
I do suggest QVC take bids on better looking jewelry drawstring bags. They are the WORST and make the opening experience a LOT less than exciting or in any way glamorous! The bags are just as gross as the faded looking QVC turquoise and off-white USED looking boxes. I guess suggesting the Bixby items is a real contrast in the shipping bags and boxes, but they are built into the high prices with Barbara's jewelry. I know that, but a happy medium on regular Pollack and other QVC jewelry pieces would be appreciated!
But at least the jewelry inside the ugly bag and box was pretty! VERY PRETTY!

I purchased both the ring and enhancer; I gave the enhancer 5 stars (4.5 if I could).
I gave this one 4 stars for two reasons...
First, the stones in my ring have no light-play--they appear opaque, making the stones look like Lapis. The stones are definitely translucent when backlit, but it doesn't show when the ring is on the finger. The ring's a beaut, no question, but I just wish the stones looked more special.
Second, I wish it came in a size 5! As usual with CP's rings, there is concavity underneath, making the ring 'roomy.' I purchased a size 6, and it feels larger than other size 6 CP rings I own. A 5 would be perfect for me.
Despite my issues, LOOOOK at this SILVERWORK! Wow! This is one of those rings I cannot stop looking at! Get one for your pointer finger so you can look at that scrollwork winding down the shank, because it goes a little more than halfway around the ring. I'm wishing for a coordinating all-sterling ring with this designwork!
Value for the price? I feel better about this than the enhancer. I've purchased similar-quality but blander rings for a little less than this one. So I'm A-OK with spending my hard-earned money on this Made in the USA masterpiece. I own nothing like it.
Keep your eye on this set, for sure.
