I have owned this exerciser for 4 years. I originally purchased it because I had injured my knee in an accident and became partially disabled as a result. Because I was 62 years old at the time I wanted to keep myself as mobile as possible. I can say that this device has been a blessing for me. I have used it every other day for 4 years and have strengthened my knees, maintained my mobility and balance and have toned and lost inches in my thighs. I use it wearing my socks----shoes didn't work for me as my feet are large. I just bought another one in case this one breaks. A great device you can take with you!

I have only had my pedal exerciser for a few days, and find it easy to use. It is comfortable to use as long as you find a comfortable chair that will give you back and upper body support. This seems to be the answer to my problem of using exercise equipment that is built for a much larger person!

The item I received does not look like the picture plus the tension screw doesn't fit properly. I will return it.

Got this for under my workstation at work. As a size 10 shoe, it really didn't fit my shoes. Of course didn't want to take my shoes off at work to use it. It also was jerky when trying to use it. Just wasn't a good piece of equipment to use. I did try it at home and still had the same problems. Plus no tension to adjust the pressure when using.
Sent it back.

This item is perfect. It is lightweight and very durable. The monitor is great for keeping track of every move.

I have a Nuero/muscular disease that affects my lower extremities. I am 57 with major weakness in legs and foot numbness but so far I can sit on a chair and use this to try to strengthen what is left. Granted, the setting is the lowest, but am hoping to be able to increase later. Like that it folds up but not a problem either way. It is more stable than most I have seen. No slipping or moving. I am also using for arms with same weakness as above. So far, excellent purchase-no putting together, well worth the money.

I think I like this better than my exercise bike. Can work arms as well as legs. Had one that moved all over the place but this one stays in place very securely. The legs fold in so it takes up very little space. Can easily slip under the bed or in the closet. This one is kept where I vacation but am going to buy another for home. Hope to sell my bike.

dont underestimate this little cycle. My husband got one after knee surgery and the therapist suggested a stationary bike. He can sit almost anywhere to use it. I have started using it and can get half hour in a couple times a day. Really helps to keep those joints moving!!
