Colors shown wrong- function not as demonstrated
I did not get the color pictured with my order. The colors don't match up on the web site.
I don't want to waste my money sending it back, but I am not at all happy about the color I received.
I wanted the lighter color.
Strap is very hard to adjust. VERY HARD!
Bag is functional and a good size. I got it for traveling and I think it will
work well for that. Has good variety of pockets and storage.
Can't be worn or carried any other way than around the waist as the
strap does not move. Limited usefulless due to this issue.

Strap is stiff, not flexible,Closure is large and hard to operate, Bag itself is nice and love the sunglass pocket in front. Returning this one,

Love love love this bag
Love love this bag it,has one little glitch with the placement of the closure but I can live with that. I have been trying to get a bag just like this amd can't imagine how excited I was to see it on qvc like a kid in a candy store. I will get many years of great use and travelI with my new bag. It works really well as a cross body bag because it fits snugly against the body does not flop around.
Oh yes and it's made in America can't get any better than that. Hooray
Can't wait to see what comes next. Excellent

Disappointed
This is a belt bag only. In the presentation the model also had it on like a cross body,the strap in really short and hard to adjust. I have to send it back.

The bag is very nice, however the strap is short for plus size folks. Sent it back!

Great if only not for....
Great if only not for the strap closure. First of all I was not aware that it did not extend that much. If you are a plus size, do not order. The bag itself is nice and I love the sun glass pocket in front. I like to use these kinds of waist bags and thought this one would be the one hoever it was not. The closure is shoddy at best. This bag would be great if they extended the adjustible strap and added a better closure. This one looks like it would break or bend within a few wearing. Disappointed because I wanted to use it this weekend. Now, I will be returning it. Please improve this bad!

Nice bag, wrong color
When I ordered this for my wife I just clicked at the box that showed the "cognac" color and proceeded to place the order. My wife received the Cape Cod purse today and it was the wrong color. I went into QVC and pulled up the item. Under the "Select Option" I pointed to the cognac option and the wording above the color choices came up "Dark Brown" I then pointed at the middle box and the wording came up as "Cognac," which would have been the dark brown because the third box showed black. My wife does not care for the brown color at all, and the cognac is on waitlist.
Next time I'll make sure the box coincides with the wording. The bag fits my wive's needs when running around grocery shopping, zoo, etc. Wanted to give it a one star because of the aggravation, but it wouldn't be a fair rating.
