Canon EOS 7D DSLR Kit, 18MP with 28-135mm Lens
Simply put, an excellent DSLR.
The Canon EOS 7D is, simply put, an excellent DSLR and as far as I am concerned the cream of the crop in it's class. To be sure, it is somewhat expensive but the investment will pay off for years to come for anyone looking for a mid level DSLR that boasts so many professional features. There is also a bit steep learning curve to the camera so be sure to read the included instruction manual or one of the many available books and guides covering this camera before diving into it. From my brief use of the camera I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the performance and the quality of the images it produces. The build and feel of the camera suggests that it is one tough cookie to be reckoned with. Highly recommended.
i had the canon 7d as ordered and it was really cool, have to recommend same to friends. i find QVC most trusting in almost all the things i needed. thanks to QVC
dreaming about it
my friend had this for over a year, truly proffesional photos ,nice camera, I hope Qvc will do the HOT PICK with low payments on it:)))))))))))))))))
Great camera. Had it for about a year now. Originally brought it as a backup and to shoot video. But it's image is very clean and detailed and compared favorably to my main camera which was many $$$$ more than this--which is in itself amazing. Add in the sensor cleaning and no more cleaning up dust spots in post (a real time saver).
The video quality is very nice--you'll want to use top quality lenses though because the difference is highly noticeable.
I'm actually considering getting a second one.
The only question here is when will Canon come out with an upgrade, these particular cameras have basically the same technology (tweaked depending on the model) for over 3 years and new models seemingly around the corner promise to bring more features but for now it's all just speculation.
This camera is a BEAST! I don't write many reviews but I had to for this camera. This is my first DSLR and I was a little apprehensive about getting such an expensive model. I am what you would consider a novice when it comes to cameras. My previous camera was my Thunderbolt cell phone camera. I wanted to buy a good camera that took really good pictures and also one that I wouldn't be jealous of my friends DSLR's. I knew that it was expensive but the reviews I read on other sites praised the capability of the EOS 7D so I knew I would always want it even if I bought the T2i or the 60D.
My learning curve was not that bad since the auto setting took care of the hard work. With a few online tips I've been able to take wonderful pictures using the manual settings. The video mode is exceptional also. My Vegas videos of Treasure Island and the Bellagio water shows were superb. I could go on and on. I love this camera
This is a great camera. I've only had it for about a month. Its an upgrade from my rebel xti. The quality of the photos is incredible. I do suggest sitting down and reading the manual. This is a little tricky to navigate especially if you have never used a high teck dlsr. The quality of the images that this camera puts out is incredible. I was going to get the mark V but decided on this one instead. Mostly because of easy pays I love easy pays. I do semi professional landscape photography and the difference is remarkable. Do your research and go to your local electronics store and play with their displays before you buy. As of right now I have no regrets in getting this camera.
Oustanding Customer Service for a Great Camera
Thank you QVC!!! I have been wanting this camera for about 1 1/2 years. I have been shooting with the 40d and have outgrown the camera. It was time for an upgrade. While I cannot afford the "Canon Big Daddy", I am extremely happy with the 7d and I have only had it in my hands for 4 hours. I am so excited with many of the new features that the 40d does not have. This camera is not for a beginner. I would receommend getting this camera after you have few good years of photography behind you.........Love OVC and 7d!!
QVC is the best!!!
This the third time I've purchased a 7D from QVC. I think it goes without saying, the 7D is one amazing camera. The kit lens is a great starter lens and how can you turn down Easy Pay??? Im so glad I got this right before they stopped offering it. QVC ALWAYS comes through with the right product, at the right price and with the right terms! Pics ya QVC!
Worthied the price very powerful and versatile
THIS IS MY First DSLR and not having any problem learning how to use it. I agree manual is kind of complicated but try to get some free crash course on the web and your good to go..This camera has a lot of function in which in the long run will be helpful in walking through your project.I've tried the video function and the quality is very cinematic HD quality video..The kit lens is quite good for walk around pictures and shooting sports activity..as you go further i recommend to get a lens with at least one set of lower Aperture value( f/ 1.8 or f 2.5) and a set of telephoto 70-300mm.so far in less than a month of use the camera is easy to learn and could not ask for more..very happy with this purchased..
This is a fantastic camera for those who are serious about photography. Yes, it's expensive, but well worth it. Honestly, the easy pay option is your best friend when buying this camera. :) The camera itself is incredible. (Truly, read some in depth reviews on this camera via photography/camera websites.) Having been a Nikon DSLR user, I wasnt sure how I would feel about owning a Canon. I have to admit that this camera blows my previous camera out of the water. My photos have never looked so good. A lot of times, DSLR kits are sold with sub-par lenses...not this kit. The lens functions beautifully and produces crisp, clear pictures and has a very nice zoom range. I cannot recommend this camera enough.
I'm a photo enthusiast and upgrading to a 7D from my Rebel Xsi was amazing. I got this DSLR just before Christmas and I have all but praises for the camera. I highly recommend the 7D for the serious photographers out there as there are a ton of features that should be exploited with this piece of equipment. I enrolled myself in a certificate course in photography and I'm looking forward to using this camera to its full extent.
I love this camera!
I'm a beginner DSLR user and was able to immediately start taking crystal clear pictures with this camera. I've had the camera for two months now and the pictures i'm taking are absolutely beatifuI. I have 3 other regular digital cameras that i kept upgrading because i wasn't satisfied with the quality of the pictures so i decided to try a dslr and i wasn't disappointed. I do recommend that you buy a book though to learn to use this camera to it's full potential if your a beginner.
