Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warning- 6 Month Membership Expired July 2017 This product is being falsely advertised. The redemption code for the 6 months of Canary Cloud subscription expired in July 2017. When I contacted QVC customer service they told me to contact Canary. After numerous calls, emails and texts, Canary will not assist either. Don't waste your time and money ordering this product under the false assumption that you get 6 months of Cloud storage. Returning the item and hoping I don't have to call QVC customer service regarding a return shipping charge.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can’t use I purchased the home monitor camera two weeks ago and I still have been unsuccessful in activating the camera. This was the third canary I have purchased the other two work find. I am not sure what is the problem.

I’m happy I didn’t read the reviews first or I probably would not have made this purchase. This camera gives you peace of mind. My family members have also purchased this camera and are super happy as well. Thank you Canary! Great job! Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wish I had this BEFORE my break-in!!!! I am very happy with my Canary units!!! Clear and wide-angle pictures, great night vision, fast notifications, automatic updated features, etc!! I am sent a video any time there is movement in front of the camera. And I love the fact that they keep track of temperature, humidity and air quality!!! I have one of them in a house that is currently empty and, with my Canary, I can easily check to see if the house is getting too cold, requiring me to turn on the furnace. As for the air quality monitor....WOW!! I noticed that the air quality had peaked way into the abnormal range, so I ran over to the house and found that I had left a paintbrush out! It also peaked when I spray-painted a small item on the other side of the house! Very impressed with the sensitivity of that monitor!!! My only complaint is that you cannot reach customer service via phone call. You can only email or text them and, coincidently, I am currently waiting for them to answer an inquiry I have....and it's taking waaaaay too long for them to get back with me.

It's slow plus if power goes out it's useless. We have power outages quite a bit here so this doesn't work. We should have gone with ADT wireless. I have wasted my money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tech Support Issue Product ok. The issue is their tech support. It's non existent. There is NO WAY to contact them by phone if you can't resolve a technical issue. They're a SECURITY company after all and we trust our security to them. QVC sells other systems. I will never endorse a company that doesn't put the customer first.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Canary Security Cameras Little Dissappointing First off, The help Line is fantastic. I had trouble putting the wife on the account to view the cameras also, and also make the away work better.( less notifications cause she was home and I wasn't). But I connected a 2nd unit to the mix, and I seems that both cameras don't have the ability to record movement at the same time. Kelcee would go out one camera and not be able to see him going out back 10 seconds later. dissappointing. I also noticed that when you zoom in with my Iphone 6 the video turns pixelated and really not very clear anymore. only on 1x is it clear. For these reasons I sent the set back.
