Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money!! I also purchased a Canary about two years ago, and was so happy with my purchase. Now, they did away with customer care except for email. You now have to pay for different aspects of the program.......save your money, not worth it!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No More Phone Support The only support they now have is email or text and only until 5pm est. I had a guy literally end our conversation because it ran past 5. Crazy, don't bother, you'll be more frustrated than it's worth.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating My Canary only works about 75% of the time. The other 25% of the time I get an "unable to connect at this time" message. Why have a security camera that only functions sometimes? Very disappointed with this purchase. I also have a Guardzilla camera. Works a lot better, better price and it comes with two way voice for no extra charge. Canary requires a monthly payment for this feature. I do not recommend the Canary.

It is so detailed that if the wind moves the trees by my window it alerts me. I live the option of 911 fire dept ect already programmed to the correct city my canary is in when I’m 2 hours away! Easy excellent camera view 100% recommend

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Zero stars if I could. As of October 3rd the company changed their features on the device. Now you can only view about three seconds of video unless you subscribe for their service. That's $99 a year or $9.99 a month, if you want to pay month to month. For $5 more you can have a Simply Safe alarm system and would contact the police for you along with security cameras. It used to be that the videos would store for 24 hours and could be bookmarked or shared , but they were up to about ten minutes in length. So, basically having this is useless. This was a bait and switch. You purchase something and then cannot use it as advertised. I used to be very happy with this item and now I'm not. There are plenty of other products out there, so if you're considering this brand I would highly recommended you look at something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Loved at first, but, now TOTALLY Disappointed I purchased a Canary about 2 years ago. I was wonderful, I was on a limited budget and couldn't afford monthly fees for a security system. So the FREE service was ideal. I was able to observe the maintenance people coming and going from my place and felt secure at night while I slept. However, Canary has decided to limit the FREE service and it now SUCKS! Prior to this change if someone come into my place the video feed would allow me to watch until they left, now it only captures them opening the door. Also it doesn't alert my phone for anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes after the event. By then my house could be cleared out without alerting me. I'll be looking for another service immediately!
