Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk I would not recommend anyone to purchase the canary security camera because their customer service are no help. They don’t have the training required to assist customers. There are no phone numbers to contact them. Customer service is only available through email or chat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does Not work correctly We have had this unit for over 6 months and the video quality is very bad. Most of the time it is in Black and white and we do not have it on night mode. The other issues are it doesn't take very good videos once someone is in house their faces are Blurred. My husband came in and I watched to see the video and it was horrible. We live in a small Cabin 24 feet wide and he was in kitchen near the living room and you couldn't see his face.. Tried to get help with this from Canary but you can't get a hold of them... Plus I am paying $10.99 a month for this service. What a joke Don't waste your money on this system. If you want to keep an eye on your pet you can talk to them and see them if in front of the Canary camera. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very convenience I bought this so i could put it in my room and see who was entering my room when i was away and stealing from me! Al thu it works best when u have a membership paying 10.00 dollars a month but it was worth the money because as soon as i was away i found out who was coming to my room! It send me text and also i was also able to watch live as they seach tru my stuff and it even record a video! I recomended to anyone who needs to have evidence of any type!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money!! I also purchased a Canary about two years ago, and was so happy with my purchase. Now, they did away with customer care except for email. You now have to pay for different aspects of the program.......save your money, not worth it!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No More Phone Support The only support they now have is email or text and only until 5pm est. I had a guy literally end our conversation because it ran past 5. Crazy, don't bother, you'll be more frustrated than it's worth.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating My Canary only works about 75% of the time. The other 25% of the time I get an "unable to connect at this time" message. Why have a security camera that only functions sometimes? Very disappointed with this purchase. I also have a Guardzilla camera. Works a lot better, better price and it comes with two way voice for no extra charge. Canary requires a monthly payment for this feature. I do not recommend the Canary.
