Calista Embellish Texturizing Definer is a lightweight styling paste used to add texture and definition to hair. With this set of two deluxe sizes, you can get the look you want at home or on the go.

Embellish separates and defines hair without stickiness. Hair is pliable and easy to shape, curl, or twist into dramatic new looks. This is an essential styling product, hair shaper, and texturizer for short, sassy styles and sexy, long looks.

The innovative ingredient, ProElement, fosters deep penetration of nutrients into the hair. This product is formulated with minerals and vitamins and helps to give you the appearance of healthier-looking hair with lots of flexibility and style.

How do I use it: Remove the safety seal tab located just below the pump button. Gently push the center on the bottom inside of the product to release any air preventing the product from dispensing. A little goes a very long way--put a pea-size amount into your hands and rub your hands together. Clap your hands together until you begin to see formed fibers connecting hand to hand. The more fibrous you make it, the lighter the product becomes. For fine hair and those looking for a light amount of styling product, clap your hands repeatedly before applying it to your hair. If your hair is heavy in weight and tends to lay flat, clap your hands only a few times, leaving the product more concentrated. Apply to dry hair, run through the root area for lift and fullness, and apply to the ends for texture and definition.

Hairstylist tip: Defining products don't necessarily have hold to them--they are for creating new looks. Follow with hair spray to give your new look long-lasting hold.

From Calista.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for thin hair I am disappointed in this product I thought the formula changed to work better for fine hair. The creator stated and demonstrated how to use it. It is the same product. It is very sticky and weighs down my hair. The cost of shipping is not worth returning.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sticky Mess I followed directions and used the pea size amount. I clapped and clapped. It was so sticky it made my hair a mess and fibers going everywhere in the bathroom. Just horrible

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't make it work This is the second time I have purchased Calista Embellish. I really wanted to try it again because it looks so easy with awesome results on tv, but I just can't make it do anything with my hair. I don't know if my hair is too long (only down to my shoulders), or too thick or if I'm just really bad at hair stuff, but sadly I will be returning this product for the second time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It really works Due to medical issues, I have thinning and very fine hair. The first time I used this product it did exactly what the TV promo showed. My hair instantly became fuller and I chose a "messy" style which, after using a little hair spray, stayed the entire day. I found that it does have to be used on clean hair that has no other styling products in it. A little sure went a long way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love love this!!!!!! I Have to say when I ordered this i was worried because of the bad reviews so so happy I ordered this my hair had so much more body as I have fine baby hair and my hair is short I just came back to order another set at this price ! but I did the clap for 10 times and that worked and it was not a sticky miss !!! love this stuff!!! so glad I took a chance!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not perfect, but pros outweigh cons I have medium length hair which may be why this product works well but not in the fabulous way as demonstrated on TV. I don't use a lot of hair products because I have such sensitive skin. This one does not seem to be an issue for me. The thing that I like least is the sickeningly sweet and overpowering fragrance. Reminds me of some cheap hair product trying to smell upscale. I like it better than hairspray or mousse though because it works differently than either of those products. For that reason I'll be keeping it, but I hope they decide to come out with a fragrance-free version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Short Thin Hair If you look at the reviews you'll see that everyone either loved or hated this product. The haters are using it wrong. DO NOT put it on your palms. You need to put a tiny amount on your fingers and touch the fingers together and pull them apart repeatedly (10 - 12 times in my case). It needs to be a certain consistency and only on your fingers. The thing about clapping is misleading. I run my fingers through my hair at the roots then outward. I can make my very thin hair do anything I want for about five minutes. The magic only lasts for a very brief time. When you achieve the desired style use hairspray to keep it that way. It will fall if you don't. My natural hair is so thin that you can see through it to my scalp. I sprinkle or spray Caboki after the Embelish and before the hairspray and you can't tell that anything was ever a problem.
