This works great if you use a pea sized dollop of this. You start slapping your hands together and you can see the fibers forming. I like it!

the new formula is NOT the same as the original. and here I've ordered the set of 4. It's a different label, but the fibers are NOT the same as the older product. It should be said that it is NOT the same formula. extremely disappointed with the new product.....LOVED the old version.

THIS PRODUCT IS RIDICULOUS. SORRY, THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO DESCRIBE IT.
ANY TIME SOMEONE TELLS YOU TO "CLAP" IN ORDER FOR IT TO PERFORM, YOU
KNOW YOU HAVE AN INFERIOR PRODUCT.
AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'M TRYING THIS. IT MAY ACTUALLY WORK FOR
PEOPLE WHO CLAP BETTER THAN I DO, OR WHOSE HAIR RESPONDS TO CLAPPING,
BUT MINE DOES NOT. I HAVE FAIR TO DRY HAIR THAT IS WASHED IN A SALON WEEKLY, SO I THOUGHT IN BETWEEN SETTINGS, THIS WOULD GIVE IT VOLUME.
ALL IT DOES IS MAKE IT STICKY.....THE SAME RESULT I GOT THE FIRST AND LAST TIME. THE THIRD TIME MAY BE THE CHARM, BUT I'M NOT TRYING IT.

This product doesn't do anything for me. I have short, not thick, not thin hair. Did not hold hair in place and completely failed once I went outside. It's very sticky on my hands, and when you clap, the fibers fly all over the place. It does smell really nice. I returned two cans because the pumps didn't work. I will use the other two cans, maybe I'm not using correctly.

I have very thin hair but mid length. Did not work for me. Had my hairdresser put it on and she didn't think it did the job for what it cost.

I've tried so many mousses, gels, etc. This is the best so far!

This product is excellent. However, depending on your type of hair, length and style, you have to taylor its use considering those three elements. Personally, as someone who has very straight hair, I usually use the product by sliding my fingers coated with product into the roots of my hair to create lift. I have also seen individuals with short hair, whether curly or straight, use it on the ends to create separation and a "spikiness." Remember to use nor more than suggested-a little goes a very long way. Too much can make thin hair feel greasy and weigh it down. I also suggest to let the product dry for a couple minutes if you continue to work with your hair. Again, practice is necessary to achieve the optimum result for YOUR hair and style. I have been using this product for at least 15 years, even when it was previously produced by another company.
