WOW!!! GORGEOUS!!!
If you love unusual, special pieces, you will love this exquisite top!!! This is the type of item you find is specialty boutiques. This does not look like a tablecloth. This is actually "tatting"; a very old Irish type of "crocheting". People who know, know this is very special item indeed. I wear a MEDIUM, 38C, broad shoulders. But in this item I wanted a very loose, almost falling off, casual look. I bought in an XL and LOVE IT!!! The sleeves are too long but I roll them up. I want this to look casual; not fussy dressy. If this was in Europe or Neiman's or a specialty boutique it would sell for hundreds of dollars. I see this over a long skinny skirt, a bathing suit, a night gown for morning breakfast.
I imagine Christine Ehrlich is very disappointed in the reviews. This is a very special offering and she probably thought it would be a wow piece for her collection at the Q.

Lace Tablecloth
THIS IS NOT HAND CROCHET!!!! . It is a machine crafted lace - such as were used in the 50s for tablecloths, only of lesser quality. Isn't it misleading to call it hand crocheted?
BIG dissapointment!
I purchased it at half price and it is still too expensive for what you get. Going back.

Not As Described
This item is called "Hand Crochet" but it is definately not! It is cheaply woven machine made lace, the likes of which you can find in most any discount or off label store. It was a huge disappointment and QVC should re-list this under a different name such as "typical manufactured lace tunic."

Pretty Lacey Tunic
This is very pretty, but it's not a knit and it's not a sweater. It's more like the lace of a fine tablecloth. I didn't find it flattering on my sz small frame and couldn't see wearing it very often because it is too fragile. On air they said it is very soft, but that might only be after it is washed. I was expecting a very feminine cozy soft airy tunic. I'd rather have this material in a shrug or one of the over sized oblong scarves that would work as a lovely shawl or a scarf. I'd pay this price for something like that and get a lot more use out of it.

Absolutely Stunning
This tunic is a work of art and extremely beautiful! In QVC sizing, I wear a large and this garment fits true to size. It is well worth the price paid. It is a classic to me!! I will have it for years to come. It is elegant and can be worn so many ways. One must follow the instructions of not having on jewelry when putting it on or taking it off because of the crocheting...you wouldn't want to damage this beautiful piece art work. Sure to get many, many compliments! Thank you Cristina and QVC!

Beautiful but pricey for what it is
The crocheted lace on this top is gorgeous, and the cut of the top is very flattering. I'm not sure why they're calling it a sweater, though, because it doesn't seem "sweatery" to me at all. It's a crocheted, open work top (no lining, so get your cami ready!)--beautiful, but not a sweater! And, although it is very lovely, I'm just not sure I'll keep it. I know it's hand crocheted, and I guess that explains the cost, but I think in terms of "cost per wear," and this piece is unique enough that I'm not sure I could wear it as many times as I'd need/want to in order to make the cost worthwhile. I'm still not sure I'm keeping this one--but it IS really, really pretty!

Wow!!!
This top is absolutely beautiful. I thought for awhile if I should get it or not because of the not so low price. I've been looking for something like this for a long time now, and let me tell you, this is it. I think it's worth every penny. The detail, the softness, the way it feels...
I absolutely love it. I'm a size 8 in dresses and I purchased the small. It is perfect for my hourglass figure. It's flattering and very unique. I think it actually looks much more expensive then it is. The only thing that is not quite accurate is the color. I think I would call it golden vanilla and not ivory. I hope this is helpful . If you can afford it, get it. You will be very glad you did, it looks much better in hand than online or on tv.
