I bought two sets, gave three as Christmas gifts and kept one for myself. I started using mine the day after Christmas and I liked the mug, it kept my tea hot during the time I needed it; however, one morning, after using for a week, I took the mug out of the dish rack, I hand washed it the previous night, I noticed water dripped down from the black plastic covering on top of the cup. I found it strange but figured the cup just didn't dry properly overnight. The next day the same thing happened so I pressed the black covering on the inside of the mug, the part that is touching the steel of the mug and water came out. I smelled the inside of the mug and it had an odor like a wet mop left in water for a long time. I'm sure this is not healthy for settled water, dish water as matter of fact, to be dripping in the contents of your cup....yuk!!! It's like drinking dirty water....yuk...yuk!!! This company needs to issue a refund for making faulty cups!!!! I feel so bad giving these as gifts...I don't want to make anyone sick.

Definitely feels nice in the hands, does not keep things hot for six hours timed it twice max 2 to 3 hours for hot beverages did not even attempt cold. Every time you open your nose gets wet, even if you put it down all the way every single time you take sips . Which is very inconvenient you should be able to open and sip without getting your liquid all over your top of your nose and under it. What was really weird is both my husband and I had the same exact experience. So I believe this review is pretty fair. Right on.

I have used these mugs twice and each time my water dribbled all over me! Maybe there is a learning curve? The top is sloped and causes beverage to come out quickly, I guess? Glad I didn't put hot coffee in them. Sadly have to return.

This mug does exactly what was advertised, keeps your drinks hot and cold. I love it. For those saying you like it but sent it back because it doesn't fit under your Keurig well that's your loss, I have a Keurig, I use my mug everyday. You have to remove your tray from the Keurig then sit the mug on the counter under the Keurig, it works perfectly. Just ordered two more for stocking stuffers.

I ordered these thinking they would replace my banged up thermos.
sad to say it doesn't keep your hot liquids hot long at all. I like the idea of the ceramic inside. this mug also doesn't fit under my keurig and I have the big one!!!!

I love this thermos! It's not only beautiful but does what it's advertised to do. I really appreciate the rubber nonstick bottom.

These are very nice and don't drip at all! I only wish I hadn't let my girls borrow them because They haven't given them back!

I primarily bought these to try the ceramic lining. Up until now, my favorite reusable hot beverage mug for several years has been the all stainless vacuum insulated by KleanKanteen which costs over $20 for 16 oz. and an additional $10 if you want the cafe cap. I'm finding that it is getting harder to remove the funky coffee stain. Initially, I could clean with denture cleaners, but I think the surface gets etched. So far, the Bubba ceramics have been great and easy to clean. I will typically use for coffee in the morning and then later that day, make hot tea in the same mug. I'm not concerned about leaking other that if it does not leak while in my car's cup holder. I would never put a full mug in a bag. From my experience, leak-proof lids are uncomfortable to drink from. I find the Bubba keeps the liquids adequately hot for the period of time that I typically drink 16 oz. The Bubba mug is only about 1/2 inch taller than my old mugs. I also like the rubber grip. This was a good value for me.
