Bose Wave Music System Multi-CD Changer
A little disappointed because I thought my Bose IPOD Dock for the Wave System II would be able to plug in, and it does fit in the headphone jack, BUT the CD Changer has to be disconnected from the Wave III Radio system in order for the IPOD dock to work. Its an inconvenience. I got the Changer in Blue; and the WAVE III in Burgundy. I like the color combo look. The changer is also not silent when accepting the CDs; lots of whirring sounds.
I have the burgandy wave 111 radio purchased from you. I want to upgrade with the multi cd changer, but you don't have the burgandy. Your new blue color doesn't impress me. Please bring back the burgandy. Blue doesn't go with many decors, so I really don't understand all of the fanfare about it.
Disappointed in life of product
Purchased this product along with radio about 7 1/2 yrs. ago. Radio works great; however, the CD changer quit about a month ago. Can put CDs in all of the slots but they won't change nor will they come out of player. Disappointed in this unit--Expected better quality from Bose. Will not purchase another at this price..
I purchased this to use with TSV offered in October. It was easy to assemble and worked beautifully the FIRST time. When the system looped back to play the CD's a second time, the system turned off after playing for about 2 minutes. Obviously, there was a circuit problem that overheated after one playing. I'm returning the system for a replacement. Hopefully, the second will work as promised.
Love the sound Bose puts out, but not impressed with the way the c/d changer works. A lot of loud clicking when changing and when you go to put the c/d's in, it doesn't grab them and take it in. You have to force the c/d's in.
Bose Wave Music System Multi-CD Changer is a HIT!
So excited with the ease of hooking this up to my new BOSE music system. Purchased the Bose TSV last week and received both from UPS within a few days. LOVE the sound and ease of use. Thrilled with the VERY small footprint on my desk, Yahoo!
Finally able to discard my 25 yr old stereo system with speakers, half of it didn't even work anymore, so I was just using the FM radio and missing out on my multi-CD playing.
Great job, Bose - thanks for partnering with QVC for a great bargain. I'm praying the Bose CD changer doesn't experience technical difficulties once the warranty wears out as some reviewers have noted. It is an investment, not an inexpensive purchase on a whim item.
Read Other Reviews
Today my CD Changer joined the hundreds of other nonworking Bose units. Read the reviews on Amazon for this item before you purchase one.
So far I love my radio but I would not ever buy another CD changer. Hopefully the radio will stay good as it is my chosen gift for college graduation for my grandchildren...I have 20 (including my one great grandchild). I thought it was something they could add to but forget that.. I feel sad and disappointed in myself for putting my trust in the Bose name and not reading more reviews before my purchase. I am usually very careful about what I buy.
Bose CD Changer
I bought this about two years ago...I love Bose, but the changer is loud when it changes CDs. We like to listen to soft music to go to sleep by but when it changes CD's it jumps us when we are relaxing into sleep. :-(
Enjoying ! Loveing my Bose!
I am enjoying my Bose Multi-CD Changer. I haven't had any complants .I love the idea of not having to get up and change CDs .With great sound ,and not having to change CDs until all 4 are done .This is great when Im on the computer, hours of continues music or just working around the house.
Played OK, BUT!!!!!
The Loading mechanism in my Music System III Radio/ CD unit is great. You barely touch the edge of disc into the loading slot and it pulls it in AUTOMATICALLY, QUIETLY and Smoothly. This Multi-CD Changer for starters, THE MANUAL STATES YOU MUST PUSH THE DISC INTO SLOT TO LOAD. It's noisy because you hear the mechanism inside clicking to grab disc once you push it into slot. You must exert some pressure on disc because it will pop back out if you don't. I was fearful that a loading mechanism of this type might have technical problems once the warranty expires. Also I noticed the loading slots do not have the soft material that lines the loading slot in the radio, which I believe makes the radio slot loads quietly. The three slots on the multi-changer are not lined around the openings at all. If you own it check yours you'll see what I'm talking about. I returned my multi-changer today after trying it for two days. Like I stated : It played okay but I'm leery of the loading mechanism over time. For as much as it cost, I think it should load automatically, quietly and smoothly like the Radio/CD does. BOSE NEEDS TO REDESIGN THE LOADING SYSTEM ON THIS UNIT.
This worked great for 2-3 years than it stopped, conveniently when warranty expired. Tossed it out
I also got this and I love it I say buy from qvc it's the best deal my first Bose at 52
