Rated 5 out of 5 by from Setting remote This was a great gift for myself as I have problems hearing fast talkers. I do use CC but this Bose really helps with the true background sounds. The remote can be a problem if you are not real savy with electronics. You can set the remote to work all of your TV functions but I found out its much better using you TV remote to work the Bose sound machine. They do mention this in the directions. I use Comcast and it is much easier to set the Comcast remote to control the Bose machine. Just call your cable company or maybe even your satellite company and they will walk you through it. You can still use the Bose remote to set your bass which you will need to do. Great sound....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound I’ll admit I was a little disappointed when I unpacked the box and saw the speaker was dented. The box however it was shipped in was fine, so I figured it happened in the factory. I called QVC and informed them, they sent a replacement right out the next day. The sound quality of this Bose speaker is amazing! I have a Samsung soundbar too which I love they sound of that to, but Bose has a little something extra... Literally took me 5 minutes to set up to program 3 components and paired a Bluetooth device. I’ll recommend this speaker to a friend. May just have to buy one my for my theater room.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Waste your Money! My Bose solo 15 series system that I purchased from QVC worked for about a year. I tried everything to troubleshoot the problem. Now I have a very expensive TV stand. I'm extremely disappointed, I will NEVER buy another Bose product!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lasted About 16 Months. Lasted about 16 months. I loved the sound and the look. I’ll give Bose one more try. I didn’t return it as it seemed like it was more effort than it was worth. I will definitely get the extended warranty next time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Highly unsatisfied Bose customer Bought our first Bose item from Qvc and while under warranty it failed twice and had to be sent back to Bose.The second time it was sent back was within hours of being returned from the first repair.This item spends more time in transit being repaired than in my home lately.I contacted Bose to see if they could send a replacement unit as I believe this one is a lemon and was told they have no other option than to keep trying to fix this unit.Really a poor response and very little customer support from such a large company.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wish I was better informed People should be told upfront to ensure their TV has the appropriate outputs required for this item. My TV doesn't have digitsl optical audio connection, nor does it even have the old fashioned analog red/white audio cable outputs. I'm hugely disappointed and I can't use the system. I'm very brokenhearted.
