Bodyblade Total Results Fitness Program w/DVD, Chart & Guide
I purchased the body blade early summer. When I got it I really didn't think it would be that good of a work out. Really???? Boy was I wrong! I do this now three times a week and by the time I am finished, I am pooped! I'm 64 years old and have exercised for better than twenty four years - my girls got me started when they were in high school. This is the best work out that I have ever done. My grandson who is 13 was here last night, and he was looking at it and kind of laughed and said this isn't much and kind of chuckled. I told him to try it and turned the DVD player on. He did the first workout after the warmup and I kept checking on him to see how he was doing and he said that this is a lot more than he thought. By the time he was done he was puffing. Boy did I laugh at him. He is very active in sports, so he is use to a lot of activity; however, he found out that this is not just a little piece of plastic!!! Guess what - he's having his mom get him one, and I'm sure they will all use it - not just him as they are all very active.
Call me crazy...
Call me crazy, but I think that after 1 week of using this for 6 minutes daily I can see a difference in my arms. I am starting to see muscles that I haven't seen for quite some time. I think I'm going to keep it!!

I have been using the bodyblade for almost 3 weeks now, and I thoroughly enjoy it! I don't love to workout, I do it because I have to....but this, for me, is so much fun. I grab it while I am sitting down watching tv, and I have done the workout from the CD's several times. I waited to review, so I could give you as much information as possible.
The CD is awesome! They have 4 separate 10 minute workouts. I hit PLAY ALL, and do all 4 during the same workout. I tracked my heart rate on my daughter's POLAR watch, and here are my results.
------237 calories burned
------In zone for 18 minutes, that is 130-180 heart rate.
------Average heart rate 126
I am doing the easier modified version, and I'm having trouble with some of the ab workouts on "ultimate core", so I'm really taking that one easy.
I'm 43, and need to get my heart rate in that zone for at least 20 minutes.
I'm sure with more practice and effort, I will succeed.
Please buy this if you need some toning in arms and legs, and would like to get a fun 10-40 minute plus workout daily! And good luck to you!
not worth it
I just received this Bodyblade and I did try it for about 5 minutes and did not feel anything I had to put it back in the box and return it. I really can't see how it can work too bad I had to pay to return it
just recieved. but i think it will work. wish me luck
Not easy to use
I really wanted this to work for me, but it was difficult to use correctly. I didn't want to use it if I couldn't do it right, therefore I returned it.
quality is good , light weight easy to use can feel the benefit's already a keeper for sure .
i used one of these in physical therapy and been looking for one but they have been so expensive was happy when qvc got them and at a great price.
I. Really like this very much. You can really start to feel and see a difference in the arms. Would like more DVDs to change up the routine but highly recommend!
No more flabby arms!
I bought this primarily for my arms. And it works great it's very hard to do for more than 45 seconds at a time for me right now because I just started.
I have yet to fully master the Bodyblade, but find it new and challenging. Most of all it permits me to exercise with resistance more easily than lifting weights which cause strain on my neck and cause symptoms related to surgery for Tri-Geminal Neuralgia.
My main difficulty is trying to use Bodyblade vertically. I'm practicing everyday and hope to master all of the exercises available.
