Bodyblade Total Results Fitness Program w/DVD, Chart & Guide
Bodyblade A Nice Surprise
I was very pleasantly surprised when I got the Bodyblade. Of course, it's too new to see if there's any results, but I started using it right away. It is very well made, and it didn't take long to get the hang of it. I watched the video, and put the chart on the wall, and I follow it. I haven't read the book yet, but I plan to, as I need to know about timing, etc. You can definitely feel your muscles working with the Bodyblade. At the same time, it is very convenient to use, as it's not large, you don't have to put it together, and you can put it anywhere and just pick it up any time to start using it. I thought the video would give more details, or do the exercises with you, so I was a little disappointed in it. At the same time, the Bodyblade is so easy to use and to learn, that you don't need much in the way of instructions. You can just use it any time you have a few minutes. I definitely see myself benefiting from it.
Skeptical Purchase - But Wow!
My husband and I had seen this advertised several times, but were still skeptical about how well it would work for us. I finally ordered after seeing it on Easy Pay. We both used it for about 5 minutes the first time and the next day, my arms were screaming! It really works...the workouts are great and only take a few minutes of your time. One of the best surprises I've had in a while.
Happily Building Biceps
I have loved working out with my BodyBlade... I get a work out in with out feeling worked over- right from the start.
Looks Good But -
I am unimpressed by this product. The presentation impressed me, but after actually using it for almost 2 months I am not impressed. I see little if any benefit from it. I prefer my resistance exercises more and get more from them. I would not recommend this and, for what you get it is not worth the money. The chart of exercises can be done without the Body Blade and you will get just as much benefit.
We Still Have the Original!
We ordered this when Bruce was 1st on the air. I admire his ability & it DOES work well! My Husband uses it every day. I do what I can as I have Lupus so it's kind of hard for me to exercise but I try. You really DO feel it in your arms & tummy! We did'nt get the DVD at the time so we do our own versions! THANK YOU, BRUCE & COMPANY!
this is something for everyone
I have been on steroids for an autoimmune disease for 6 years. Needless to say I have put weight on. Some you can't help but some you can if you know not to over eat. Well, too late for that. I have good days and bad days. I have several pieces of exercise equipment. But I don't always have the energy to do them. This Bodyblade is easy to use and you can feel it working. I actually look forward to using it. If you have standing issues you can still strengthen you core. That's my goal. I love it.
I tried to like this
I tried- what to say. I hate exercising and working out that must be the problem- I guess I just prefer my hand weights for my arms and crunches. Oh well.
Stand by your Product
I love the bodyblade, Ihave used it for 2 months now and still havn't gotten pass the 6 minute exercise! But the difference in my muscle strength is amazing. My CD quit working and I call CS and it was replaced. At no charge. Thank you QVC for bring good products and thank you Bodyblade for standing behind your product!
Harder than it looks!
Just got this yesterday. A little about me: I run marathons (26.2 miles) at least once a month, but I'm a slow, back-of-the-pack runner. I'm no stranger to strength training, but I haven't been doing it lately, and I'm not in great muscular shape right now. In particular, I need to work on my core and my upper body. This is why I decided to try the Bodyblade. I expected it to be a challenge and it exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box, I watched the instructional segments on the DVD, then did the Super Six workout, which includes 6 x 1 minute exercises with a brief warm-up and some movement in between the exercises (easy squats, lunges, and twists). The whole workout took no more than 10 minutes, but I had trouble maintaining the full 1 minute for some of the exercises! I definitely felt my core and upper body muscles engaging, so I know that I'll have some good results if I keep up with this. It does take a little getting used to, and some of the exercises were easier for me than others, coordination-wise, but I'm sure I'll get better with practice. Since the workout is so quick, I think I'll plan to do it every morning before my shower.
Did not like
I'm sorry but I just don't see how this does what they SAY it does. I sent mine back.
It took a little getting used to at first. You really have to concentrate on not gripping the handle too tight. It is a good workout, and you can really feel your muscles working. The DVD that comes with it, is easy to follow and a great workout.
just not for me
It seems like a good way to strengthen upper body muscle but it was just to heavy for me.
