Finally a work out that is fun, relatively easy and so far i feel like i'm getting stronger and firmer. in just a little over a week with 1 or 2 10 minute workouts along with plenty of water and better eating habits i am actually feeling the benefits. i am sure i will also see the benefits soon if i keep at it. i really felt like i needed to try something gentler on my old bones and this really fits the bill. No one escapes getting older but i can escape weight gain and i needed something low impact and so far the body blade is helping me keep my body in motion. thank you...

I got this blade and was excited to start. Popped in the CD and here is that young men showing the moves. Oh well when I was his age that would not be a problem either but nowclose to 60 and with 2 shoulder surgeries its impossible to do most of the moves they dow. Not beginner friendly at all. Took it ti my place where i had physical therapy and they dhowed me several moves for my ability. My sugesstion is" If the old guy sells it on the TV he should be on the Workout CD".

I am 63 years old. I have seen too many people give up, sit down, and die!! I am determined to be as healthy as I can be, for as long as I can.
This is a real workout. It is not a toy, and it is harder than you might think. I have been doing the Six in Six Minutes workout. It is enough to make a difference already in my arms. I hope to see some real change in my overall figure. I have not had it very long. I do feel more energetic already.

You've got to watch the recommended instructional video with all the details behind why this works and why some positions are more challenging than others before you give this a try. If I didn't watch it, I'm sure I would have given up and sent it back. It's tougher than it looks, but at the same time, it's fun! Who would think that they can't get through 60 seconds? Well, particularly in one position, I can't, but don't give up. You can feel it working, you can push yourself to at least try the super 6 exercises each morning. Just commit to it and you'll feel a difference. I've only had it for a two weeks and while I can't say I see a difference, I do feel it - you can too!

I am surprised how much I like this thing. It's easy light weight and fun. Every time I pass it I just grab it and use it for a vortex time. I can't believe the difference in my arms. That's my target spot so far. I love

It shot my B/P up and hurt in between my shoulders and neck so am going to be sending it back. I.m disapointed. I was so in hopes it would be for me since it is small and seemed easy to use. It is actually pretty hard and you will get a workout! I am sending back tomorrow I got it Saturday.

I've had the Bodyblade a couple days and it's really addictive and fun! I got really bored with using hand weights to sculpt my arms and when I saw this on air, I ordered it. Like other reviewers said, it's not easy, but you build up the strength over time to do some of the more rigorous exercises. I'm looking forward to seeing the results after a couple months of use. I typically don't find exercising fun so the fact that this is fun to use, will mean I'll actually continue to want to use it. Also, I made sure to watch the DVD so I could see the proper technique and how to hold it - I think that's really important to do before starting to use it.

Used for 3 minutes, 10 times a day , because I haven't exercised in quite some time.
I pick it up whenever I have a couple minutes to spare.
The rhythm develops quickly and easily. Already I can feel my muscles awakening and toning.
My turkey -flapping arms are firmer, my bust is lifting, my thighs are less jiggly and my back feels straighter - posture more erect.
Easy, quick, inexpensive and best of all, it works.

I got this because my daughter and grand kids all use it and just love it even down to my 9 year old granddaughter. I am 66 and balance is my issue but am able to do this, not for very long periods but with time I hope to get better at it.

Just got this blade day before yesterday QVC family. It's the real deal guys. Took it right out of the box. Started "tryin" to use it right away. Just knew I could do 6 minuets like the demo shows. WRONG!! It's very challenging and does give you a quick burn on your fore arms top and under, your shoulders, your chest; at the change of any minor position, you can work any muscle. This works family! Those that are looking for a quick work out and do not have any limitations with your arms, chest or shoulders, this can work for you. Oh....bye the way, I'm still trying to get through a lot of the exercises that are on the chart! Good freakin work out yall! Effective in a short amount of time! I like it! For me..."Not" a throw back!

Excellent.I hate to exercise but this is so easy to use. You can really feel the burn. I'm 50 years old and never had muscles. Now my co-workers are asking me if I'm using a trainer.
