I have been using one of these at Physical Therapy for a frozen shoulder. I really didn't believe that this item could possibly engage your core, but it certainly does. So decided to purchase one to use at home. Plan to use it to help my shoulder but also to help when Pysical Therapy is over.

I love my Bodyblade. I had not exercised in years. My mother bought this for me because she saw me watching the demonstrations and talking about it.
I use my Bodyblade twice a day for 10 minutes. I have been using it for about 3 weeks and I can already see my arms toning.
It's easy, the DVD is wonderful and I like the Guide Chart. I can use my blade in any room at anytime.
I"m thrilled that I received the Bodyblade from my Mother, just to try it out and I had every intention of returning it. NO WAY! I LOVE IT.

I am a Personal Trainer and I loved the concept of this device so I purchased this and took it to the gym. Had various people try it out and everyone was amazed at how simple it looked but how much they felt it work. Our gym rents space to a Physical Therapy clinic and so I asked the Physical Therapist his opinion of it. His reply to me was that he had one in his office and uses it with patients for shoulder rehab. He even showed me some of the exercises. I use it with several of my clients including the 73 year old lady who has many issues and can't get around too well. She loves this because she really feels it working. It has really helped my bad shoulder as well. It is also FUN and when people see me using it they always want a turn also.

I have had the Bodyblade for a few months. I have always walked for fitness five days a week but I needed some help. I'm over 60 and was looking for something to help with upper body strength and toning. This product fits the bill. There is a learning curve and if you are not used to working out it can be challenging in the beginning. Just stick with it. I am doing all six exercises twice a day three to five days a week. If I don't use it, I miss it. I can feel and see the difference. Highly recommend.

Finally a work out that is fun, relatively easy and so far i feel like i'm getting stronger and firmer. in just a little over a week with 1 or 2 10 minute workouts along with plenty of water and better eating habits i am actually feeling the benefits. i am sure i will also see the benefits soon if i keep at it. i really felt like i needed to try something gentler on my old bones and this really fits the bill. No one escapes getting older but i can escape weight gain and i needed something low impact and so far the body blade is helping me keep my body in motion. thank you...

I got this blade and was excited to start. Popped in the CD and here is that young men showing the moves. Oh well when I was his age that would not be a problem either but nowclose to 60 and with 2 shoulder surgeries its impossible to do most of the moves they dow. Not beginner friendly at all. Took it ti my place where i had physical therapy and they dhowed me several moves for my ability. My sugesstion is" If the old guy sells it on the TV he should be on the Workout CD".

I am 63 years old. I have seen too many people give up, sit down, and die!! I am determined to be as healthy as I can be, for as long as I can.
This is a real workout. It is not a toy, and it is harder than you might think. I have been doing the Six in Six Minutes workout. It is enough to make a difference already in my arms. I hope to see some real change in my overall figure. I have not had it very long. I do feel more energetic already.

You've got to watch the recommended instructional video with all the details behind why this works and why some positions are more challenging than others before you give this a try. If I didn't watch it, I'm sure I would have given up and sent it back. It's tougher than it looks, but at the same time, it's fun! Who would think that they can't get through 60 seconds? Well, particularly in one position, I can't, but don't give up. You can feel it working, you can push yourself to at least try the super 6 exercises each morning. Just commit to it and you'll feel a difference. I've only had it for a two weeks and while I can't say I see a difference, I do feel it - you can too!
