Used for 3 minutes, 10 times a day , because I haven't exercised in quite some time.
I pick it up whenever I have a couple minutes to spare.
The rhythm develops quickly and easily. Already I can feel my muscles awakening and toning.
My turkey -flapping arms are firmer, my bust is lifting, my thighs are less jiggly and my back feels straighter - posture more erect.
Easy, quick, inexpensive and best of all, it works.

I got this because my daughter and grand kids all use it and just love it even down to my 9 year old granddaughter. I am 66 and balance is my issue but am able to do this, not for very long periods but with time I hope to get better at it.

Just got this blade day before yesterday QVC family. It's the real deal guys. Took it right out of the box. Started "tryin" to use it right away. Just knew I could do 6 minuets like the demo shows. WRONG!! It's very challenging and does give you a quick burn on your fore arms top and under, your shoulders, your chest; at the change of any minor position, you can work any muscle. This works family! Those that are looking for a quick work out and do not have any limitations with your arms, chest or shoulders, this can work for you. Oh....bye the way, I'm still trying to get through a lot of the exercises that are on the chart! Good freakin work out yall! Effective in a short amount of time! I like it! For me..."Not" a throw back!

For me, this was too difficult to master. Will stick with weights and cardio.

Excellent.I hate to exercise but this is so easy to use. You can really feel the burn. I'm 50 years old and never had muscles. Now my co-workers are asking me if I'm using a trainer.

I wish some of the more advanced exercises with this blade had been demonstrated during sale presentation. If they had, I wouldn't have purchased this product! Sadly, most seniors aren't as agile with movements that require the twisting and lunging type of exercises, and balance could be affected. The two-three exercises I saw initially could be handled with no problem, but to pay that much for limited use is not cost-effective for me. I think this is more suited for younger people who could gain the maximum benefit of this program.

I ordered the BodyBlade and tried it for a week. It does take practice but the one sold on QVC was not right for me. Went back to qvc.com and reread the reviews. Noticed the ones that said the BodyBlade CxT was easier for shorter 5' 3" and/or older people to use (I'm 71). QVC does not sell that size. I found it online elsewhere and ordered it. It arrived quickly so was able to try it and determine it will fit my needs. So returned the original one to QVC. Would have bought the CxT from QVC, if it had been offered. Use it in the morning before I get on my treadmill. I am trying to lose a fair amount of weight (50 pounds) and don't want a lot of loose skin, if I can help it. I am hoping this will help with that.

This is an excellent product and the videos are good. I think think this is a valuable addition to any fitness routine.

I used the Bodyblade Junior in PT. It is wonderful Would love to buy one but QVC has only the full size. Hope someone reads this and realizes other folks with shoulder issues and older folks would love the smaller one.

I purchased this item not only because of QVC, but I was using it at Physical Therapy for my shoulders. Since I liked at PT, I decided I would buy one for home use. I use it every morning doing different moves. I am actually seeing a difference in my arm strength and toning as well. One thing is for sure, need to be consistent with this product. I am having trouble with using the blade with two hands in front of me, but it takes practice..I like the DVD and wall poster to know what moves to do. I am 46 years old. My 72 year old mom has trouble using it, but she just had 2 shoulder replacements..

I just received my Bodyblade today. Wow – what a great workout! What I love about this piece of equipment is that what you put in is what you get out – meaning once you reach a certain point where you can move to the next level, all you need to do is increase your exertion. No need to buy another piece of equipment. I also love that it is small and can be tucked into a corner or closet, which makes it easier to exercise on a daily basis. I can't count how many pieces of equipment I've had to slide under the bed, put into a closet, etc. and then they become such a bother to use, that I don't work out at all. And probably the best feature of all, is that it uses vibration to work multiple muscles at a higher intensity than if just using free weights, weight machines, or resistance bands. I've only used it once, but based on how my muscles feel right now (fatigued!), and how easy and convenient it is to use, I have no doubts that good results are just around the corner. As a side note: Because I stream everything (movies, videos, music) using my TV, iPhone, iPad, and Mac, I no longer have a DVD player so I was unable to use the enclosed Burn & Sculpt DVD, but I was able to find a number of instructional videos on YouTube featuring BodyBlade creator, Bruce Hymanson. If you do not have a DVD player in your home, consider this an option. Plus, there is a wall chart illustrating all the various exercises.
Rated 5 out of 5 I LOVE this!!!
I am in a wheelchair so there is not a lot of affordable exercise equipment that I can use. I have tried the EZ Gym and the Spin Gym; however, those devices put too much stress on my arms and just did not work for me. I saw the Bodyblade on many times but never bought it. Finally, I did about a week or so ago. Kirsten and the developer, who is a PT, fully sold me on it. I thought I had tried everything else so just add this to the list. Boy, I am glad I did!! I watched many You Tube instruction videos which did help. It took me about 3-4 days to fully get the "rhythm" of the blade..and I can't seem to put it down. I haven't been able to do the 6 minutes at a time...but I am slowly working myself to it. I feel as if I can do 30-60 seconds on each exercise at a time, I am doing good. When I get tired, I put it down for a minute, then start again. I feel this helps me to keep the rhythm. For those who feel they cannot use it or have tried without success, please DO NOT give up!! I am finally able to get much needed exercise and my shoulders/arms/neck/back is not killing me nor are making popping noises as they did with the previous mentioned products. Thank you for providing the Bodyblade - now, I can get the upper body exercise as everyone else - FINALLY!!
