"I have used Bobbi's Extra line for years, since it first came out. I have extremely dehydrated, aging skin and this is the only moisturizer that makes my skin look and feel moisturized and healthy. I have strayed a few times to other moisturizers, some more expensive and some less expensive, but have always come running back to this Balm and BB's Extra line products. Even though a little goes a long way, my only wish is that she would offer this Balm in a larger size, at least double this size.
I love the clean scent, rather than the knock you out perfume smell of so many creams. Bobbi is one of the few women/ companies that truly understand what aged, dehydrated skin requires, both in skin care and makeup."

Love this product. It was recommended to me by a prominent make up artist. Use very little and use fingers or press it in to your skin. LOVE the easy pay as well, very helpful since this is a pricey product. Thanks Q for the easy pay. Gave this to my made of honor as an extra gift during my wedding planning

The best, I have super dry skin. No matter how much I exfoliate. I actually got the one with SPF in it and my face is soo smooth. It's expensive but if it's the only one I have to buy then ill deal with it. I've tried so many and this is the only one that can handle my scabby skin.

I have been using this product for 3 years, and it's the only product that REALLY quenches my dry skin, especially in the winter. The way Bobbi and her makeup artists say to use this is to warm it between your fingers before you apply it. This really allows it to spread much better. Patting it on is not the proper way to apply it. You must warm it to thin it down so that it's easier to apply. I use her repair serum first, then apply this, and immediately follow up with foundation for daytime use. At night, of course, I skip the foundation. With Bobbi's moisturizers, you don't need a foundation primer afterward. They all double as primers. I find that it really softens my lines, especially after use. My skin is very firm since I've been using it. I have the driest skin on the planet due to having had a hysterectomy and hypothyroidism. Plus, I'm 56, so hormone loss with aging will dry the skin out as well. I have tried everything under the sun to get enough moisture, and this is the only cream that really does it for me. One great plus is that is lasts a really long time since it is so thick to start with. A jar easily lasts me 6 months. I use less than a dime size dollop, warm it, spread it, and I'm good for the day. It doesn't absorb and then disappear like so many other products do. Even the ones that are supposed to be for very dry skin. I would not recommend this for a younger woman, or someone without dry skin. There is another new repair cream that's thinner and more spreadable by BB. It didn't last long enough for me, so it would probably be great for younger or less dry skin. I love this product, and it is definitely on my must have list. I wouldn't be without it. I have found very few BB products that I did like. Her products are of the highest quality and compare easily to department store skin care items. I've tried them all from drug store to high end, and this is the best cream I've found to address my concerns. Personally, I don't have the time or inclination to scour the internet for recipes, or to find all of the ingredients to combine hoping I'll get just the right combination. This is much easier, and it really works for me.

I would say the product is good, not great. The first three ingredients are water, petrolatum and a silicone, not what I would consider worth 90.00. It is thick, like a balm, and you need to pat it on your face. I use it at night, not under makeup, as it doesn't have a smooth spreading consistency. I have to use more than I would like for the size of the jar as my skin is very dry. If you have the ambition, I would suggest looking into making your own plant based petrolatum mixture in combination with your choice of base and essential oils. You can find recipes online. I did this and came up with one that was more moisturizing, spreads more easily and, I think, is comparable in results.
