Perfect summer jacket
I received my white jacket today and will enjoy wearing it in FL now and later in the summer up north. It's a perfect weight for wearing in the warm weather knowing that the restaurant or movie will be a bit cool. I'm glad I chose the white selection. I can imagine wearing it over just about every color tank top in my wardrobe. Well worth the money!

Super Summer Piece
This is another one of Bob Mackie's great little summer shirt/jackets. I first ordered it in the blue. My husband (like most husbands) will say I look nice, but usually doesn't say exactly why he thinks so. He's just commenting on the overall look. Not so with this piece. "That jacket really looks pretty on you." Wow! As soon as I got home I dashed to my computer and ordered it in the coral. Believe it or not, when he saw me in that one, he made another specific comment. "That's a really pretty color with your hair. Don't you have another jacket something like that?" Want complements? Go for this one. Great, vibrant colors, washes beautifully and runs true to size. You'll love it and your guy is likely to notice it too.

Beautiful and well-made
Unfortunately (??!) I've lost a little weight since I ordered so I'm returning but I want to share that the cotton is a really nice kind of polished fabric, great weight, really beautifully made. I hate to return it! If you're on the fence, get this. It's a great buy for a versatile, pretty and well made jacket. FYI, in case you're planning to wear this jacket as a stand-alone top, the cutouts are not lined at all so you're going to have bare flesh showing unless you wear a cami or tank under it.

Bob Mackie's Open Front Cut-Out Embroidery Jacket
I was thrilled to just look at the Jacket in it's inner wrap and wondered "will it be the right fit and look good on me" I had been doing household chores and my hair and make-up were not up to par. I hastily opened the package, slipped on the jacket and felt like Cinderella getting ready for the Ball. It was so much nicer than I had anticipated and I must thank Bob Mackie for bringing a great feeling back to me after having lost my husband of 54 years just a few month ago. I smiled and knew I'd find great joy in wearing the white jacket and also I knew I'd be noticed and would receive wonderful attention and compliments. Thank for the other 5 purchases that were made by Bob also. He really knows "his Women".

A stunning jacket
Bob Mackie is the artist. He knows what enhances the beauty of a women and this jacket with the princess detail , mandarine collar and the open cuts are oh! so flattering. I bought the banana and as he suggested, it compliments the blonde hair. I will feel special when I wear it.

Very slenderizing jacket!
I just received the jacket. Have lost some weight so I ordered it one size smaller than usual and it fits wonderfully. Very pretty sheen to the fabric, looks way more expensive than it is. The picture doesn't do it justice, watch the video with the jacket on the girls. This is my first Mackie item, will probably order more. Actually would have liked to order another in black or white, but those colors were sold out, please make more in other colors!

Love This Jacket....Very Good Looking!

Summer Elegance
A beautiful addition to my summer wardrobe. I purchased the white in XL. I have worn it with black slacks and a turquoise tank and received compliments from friends and strangers alike. The look is crisp and comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase

Just not right for me...
I have always adored Mr. Mackie's designs....each garment I ever purchased was nothing but quality...as is this jacket. However, for some reason, it just didn't look good on me. It is very well made and a lovely design...wish it did look good on me! I love you Mr. Mackie...don't stop making such different and beautiful clothing!!!

So glad that it became available again!
I had wanted this jacket in the banana color when it was first introduced, but it sold out before I could order it. I am so glad that it became available again. The jacket is so pretty, and the cut-outs are just elegant. It is everything that I normally expect from Mr. Mackie: terrific style, great design. wonderful fabic, and affordable.
