Looks and Feels Spectacular!
When I pulled this blouse out of the package, I was not impressed; however, when I put it on, I was smitten! It looks and feels spectacular! I got the purple/multi, and the colors are vibrant yet sophisticated. The blouse is comfortable and hangs beautifully. I believe it would look good on just about any body type. I received a lot of compliments when I wore it. You will feel amazing when you wear this stunning blouse.

Love It! Classic Bob Mackie Elegance!
I ordered the Purple Multi color and it is beautiful & the Paisley design is gorgeous!! The colors are rich and the material is soft and drapes nicely. Style is figure flattering. I wear a size large and the cut is right on. All this and washable too - what's not to like! Another winner for Bob Mackie - thank you for your great talent Mr. Mackie!

A SYMPHONY IN A BLOUSE; CLASSIC, TIMELESS,GORGEOUS
Another symphony in a blouse; that is absolutely beautiful. He has seamed the black border down the back to match the black placket then the paisley design loops around the rest of the body making that gorgeous background color, whatever it may be, stand out even more. I got the teal which is really beautiful, however I wanted the purple also but I didn’t get the order in, in time, much to my disappointment. However, right now so many expenses are coming up that I have to cut down on my Bob Mackie spending. There’s just one problem with that: How does one do that? I see something of his that is brand new that I know is going to be sold out in no time if I don’t order, then I’ll be without, then every time I go over his line, again and again, I have to see that beautiful piece that is no longer in my size and I don’t have. That hurts. I have to have these new designs he has come out with that I know I’m going to love. So, I’ll try, I’ll really try, but it’s not going to be easy. I’ve already bought his fleece jackets in two colors and then the Indian bead embroidered cardigan came out in purple. Now I missed the blue it came out in so I was not going to miss the purple. At the time it didn’t show the color but that is good for me because many people want to see the color before they buy it, but I already have the sweater in every color so I didn’t care what shade the purple was in. So I got it. So I may have missed the purple in this blouse but I got the teal which is my favorite color. So if you’re lucky enough to be in the small sizes you can still get the purple and I highly recommend this blouse. It is absolutely gorgeous. It feels like silk, even though it is not; so it’s washable, which is good, because I got something on it the first day I wore it, but it came out luckily. The mandarin color is in black as are the cuffs so the black stripe down the back and down the front just brings it all together, just like a symphony when it starts out with a melody theme, and then another theme, then it is all put together with all the instruments much like this blouse. The black cuffs, collar, placket and stripes are the themes, then they are all tied together with the designs that have a touch of black in the paisley which picks up the color in the cuffs, collar and stripes. You see how it all goes together? Now get yourself a solid matching cammi or tank and wear it under it and button just a few buttons to show a little of the matching cammi and you have yourself a classic, gorgeous outfit. You’ll get compliments, I guarantee just as I did. So there you go. Don’t miss out on this. One person gave it fewer stars because the facing is not tacked down. If you’re really that upset about the fact that the facing is not sewn down, which by the way, is never done; as I know because I’ve been sewing for more than40 years and have a degree in fashion and design; then tack it down with a few stitches. But the facing is held down by the buttons and buttonholes. If it happens to fly open and you can see the facing, do you really think someone is going to notice that when you have something like this on? Give me a break, that is the lamest excuse to lower the stars that I have ever seen. But take a notice of all the other 5 stars, all well deserved. Oh Bob you have out done yourself on this one. Great job.

Bob Mackie won again!
Wore this tunic to church today, and there is not a wrinkle on it. Beautiful design! I believe this is a real " when in doubt, wear this Tunic." The colors are awesome, beautiful purple - just love it. The cuffs are black, so I wore it with black pants and a black satin tank. Thank You Bob Mackie, again, I might add.

Exotic Print, Clever Interpretation of Fabric
For me there are two significant features to this blouse: the fact and the fantasy.
The fact is that designer Bob Mackie has created an incredibly visually rich blouse with his clever use of a one-directional print: sleeves, back, and front. So clever, in fact, that the underarm or side seams match up beautifully and enhance the overall appearance. Another fine attention to detail is the two-button cuff. So delicious is this blouse that I bought two of them.
As far as color, the red is not red, but a deep fuchsia. That said, I prefer fuchsia. The background color is not plain, as one might expect if one had seen the on-air presentation. There are small daubs of color in the background color, similar to widely spaced Pointilism. For the deep turquoise, the small daubs of color are light turquoise. For the deep fuchsia, the small daubs of color are bright orange. Also, much to my delight, the colors in the paisley pattern contain not only gold, but copper. For the deep-fuchsia-colored blouse, ruby earrings would be dramatic, and pure Persian turquoise (without matrix) earrings for the turquoise-colored blouse. Or beautiful chandelier earrings, perhaps rose gold, or pearl.
The print, for me, evokes the old Silk Road, the ancient network of trading routes that linked East and West. In this blouse, I can dream that I'm in Xi'an, Turfan, Samarkand, of Baghdad, or any of the mid-route caravanserai. The print is reminiscent of all manner of of precious goods--gemstones, spices, gold and silver, furs, ivory, wine, glass, dyes, porcelain--that were carried by the Silk Road caravans. If there is a day when I need to feel exotic and wish to feel draped in understated elegance, when I feel the need to cross cultures, it will be these blouses I will reach for.

Gorgeous
So glad I ordered this blouse before the larger sizes sold out. It is a stunner. I have the teal and the colors are amazing. The length is perfect...long enough to cover the tummy but not so long that it looks old fashioned. I have many of Bob's blouses so I like the fact that it the style and fabric are clearly different from his other blouses. I don't feel like I am wearing a slightly different version of the same blouse.

Beautiful Blouse
Love the color of this blouse (purple multi) and the fit was just perfect. The material is as soft as silk and the paisley print is so pretty. I sure wanted to get another color but all sold out in my size.

Beautiful but........
I bot it in a size smaller to wear it open like a jacket like one of the models when it was presented. Fit great LOVED the colors. I got the teal. Sending it back because when u wear it open, the inside flap where the buttons and button holes is not sewn down, Made top look cheap. If it were not for that, great top. For the price and the name, it should have been finished better
