I just received this jacket in the black and the burgundy and I love them . They can be dressy with dressy pants jewelry and boots or would be great with jeans . They are true to size comfortable and flattering . Bob its's a winner . Buy one of these and you'll be glad you did .

Lovely quality, tailoring and design. High end details like snap on/off shoulder pads, impeccable applique/stud work. It runs a bit roomy but unless you plan to wear this over a tank, stay with your true size. No chemical?dye smell which is terrific. I got the black and the design of black on black is subtle. NICE! This really is a wear with everything jacket. Do not miss this one!

Just received this and will admit I was a bit apprehensive it might look cheap or over done, not the case. Its sharp, fits beautifully and is different, I see a second one in my future....ordered the burgundy, beautiful color and the black is calling my name!

This is a well made and beautiful jacket. It is the usual Bob Mackie quality. But, on me, it ran large. I will have to return this jacket. If it had fit, it would have been a really nice jacket to wear casual, or could be dressier. The moleskin is soft and the appliques are high quality. If only it had fit!

Because there is nothing that i do not like about this jacket (black in my usual size of M), I'll list the things that I do like:
Fabric is high quality, good to the touch, soft yet sturdy enough to keep its shape, almost
no wrinkles, absolutely no odor.
Embellishment is well placed on the sleeves and doesn't interfere with the shape, I love the
subtlety of black on black.
Lines are lovely-curves in slightly at the waist and just skims the hips.
Pockets are well placed and the right depth to actually hold something.
I always answer "no" to the recommendation question because they might not like the same thing as I, or their body might be a different type. I don't think this should be a required question. I would, however, recommend that anyone consider Bob Mackie's creations.
