Love the style but very disappointed
I love the style; but, should return it. The 'jeweled' aspect of the sweater is very poor quality. It arrived with many of the jewels loose in the bag. Others fall off each time I take it out to look at it. I expect so much more in terms of quality. An additional problem, in terms of personal taste, is the color. On the web, it looked like the perfect blue for me; but, it is a 'muddy' blue. I purchased several of Bob Mackie's jackets and blouses at the same time. Each had the same dull, muddiness, which works for someone who can wear black near their face; but, I cannot. I prefer jewel tones, clearer colors. Not likely to ever order Mackie clothing again, even though I like some of the styles.

I purchased this sweater last fall. I receive more complaments when I wear this. Dress it up for work or dress it down for a day of shopping. This will truely make you feel beautful.

Gorgeous
This sweater is the most beautiful one I have (even of Bob Mackie's), and I have quite a few. It was such a surprise when I opened the box & even more of a surprise when I put it on. It was so soft and fit so beautifully. I would advise anyone to buy it if you can. I do not believe I have bought anything from Bob Mackie that I have not liked.

Beautiful sweater...but...
Received this sweater for my grandsons wedding. I wore it the one time and 8 or 9 of the sparkles came off the decoration on the sides...leaving dark dots. I cannot wear t again until I can fix this...What can I do...Did anyone else have this problem.

Over Priced for Quality
I believe this is overpriced and I got the "watermelon" color which is a strange color pink, not bright, not dull just an off pink color. The design is nice, the fit is nice (runs true to size). Maybe I just got the wrong color, not sure I will exchange for different color and try again because of the price.

absolutely stunning !!!
I just got this sweater and it is beyond beautiful . I have many of Bobs clothes, and this is one of the most beautiful. Highly recommend it to anyone. It runs plenty large in the 2x so don't order larger.

Looks Cheap
Sorry, I have to disagree about this sweater. I felt that the detail stitching looked cheap and did not look like a $57.00 sweater. The cuffs on the arms were not tight and looked stretched out. I bought this in black. This sweater is going back.

Beautiful
I juat got this sweater and the thing about this one is it is perfect with a skirt. Because of the blouson effect and the shorter cut than it looks perfect with a skirt without making you look dumpy. On top of that it's perfect for anything. With the embroidery down one side, (I love it when he makes his designs assymetrical) and on the sleeves it is slimming. And the wide boat neck is also slimming, at least on me it is. Wide necks lijke this look really good on me. And the sweater fabric is so soft, so soft. I'm telling you this is just perfect; but what elese is new and what would you expect? It's BOb Mackie, my hero. MY favorite designer and he makes my favorite clothes and the only designer I wear exclusively. Truly, except for Dennis Basso's coats the only clothes I wear is Bob Mackie. Very Attractive Sweater!
Well Mack(ie) you did it again! Got this in the melon color; it just arrived and is so attractive! The bead work is exquisite and the sweater is so very soft! Thanks much. . . please keep this level of quality coming! :-)

Really Classy
I rec'd this sweater today. Although it is a gorgeous sweater, somehow one of the jewels on the sweater came off in transport maybe - could have fallen off during packing - not sure but will fix myself with a little fabric glue -- hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise just a gorgeous sweater that can be worn for casual or for evening wear. The color is beautiful and will go with so many other colors.

EXTRAORDINARY
I purchased this sweater in Watermelon Pink. The color brightens up my face and is extremely flattering. I highly recommend this purchase for appearance and comfort.
