Wonderful Linen Set!
I read the reviews regarding the lining being longer than the pant leg after washing. I was a bit hesitant but I have a lined linen skirt that was the same way UNTIL I ironed it after hanging to dry. That's the key...don't fret....after you iron the pants the lining will be the correct length! Don't hesitate to get this set; it it cool and beautiful!

this is a beautifully made set---i haven't washed the pants yet but if i run into the problem of others with the lining i'll just removed the lining. the fit is perfect on them so would wear them anyway. the color is beautiful---top seemed to run a little smaller than i'm used to in his clothes but i can wear a white tank under. just a little sparkle of sequins & it's perfect!

absolutely adorable, but......
I wore this for Easter dinner yesterday, it was adorable, fit well, got lots of compliments. BUT, this morning I hand washed it in cold water and the lining is a good two inches longer than the pant. SO disappointed! Bob, who's your manufacturer? Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. Trying to decide if I'm returning it, or fixing the hem myself.

Love, But They Do Shrink
I have two of these outfits and love them, but was afraid to wash them because of the reviews. Washed exactly as recommended and the lining on the pants is at least one inch longer than the pants! Washed the top, and it also shrank. Love Bob Mackie, but if an item needs to be dry cleaned only, please put "Dry Clean Only" on the care label. I really prefer to wash clothing because of the chemicals used in dry cleaning. So disappointed to have this happen with something I really LOVE!

careful-pants shrink
I really loved, loved, loved the outfit and was very happy-until I washed (as directed) in cold water inside out. The pants shrunk and the lining now falls below the pants! (The deciding factor to buy this adorable outfit over many others was the pant lining.) I wish the pants were pre-shrunk or something, so that wouldn't happen. I don't ever go to the dry-cleaners because of the chemicals. So disappointed.

very attractive
I worn this to a shower today with tank a202296 in white under it, and the whole
outfit was beautiful. I have it in the aqua, a light turquoise, and worn turquoise and
silver jewerly and sandles with it. I got many compliments and it was very
comfortable. I got my normal size of med. and everything fit perfect.
I also got the jacket a202160 to wear with the tank and pants from this to make it
a dresser outfit and will wear to dinner and a play in a few weeks.

Great Outfit !
I bought this outfit for a wedding by the pool. It's just one of the cutest, most flattering sets I've seen. I have lots of Bob Mackie, but this immediately became my favorite. I've received tons of compliments both times I've worn it. I bought my regular size, and it fits perfectly.

Very nice outfit, BUT...
Please do not wash the pants. I had worn the white pants several times, without the blouse. I loved them, but when I washed them to put them away for the season the pant shrunk, however, not the lining. I followed the directions; turned inside out, washed in cold water but now I will be returning them. I would highly recommend dry cleaning for at least the pant part of this outfit. I have many Bob Mackie items and this is the first one I've encountered a problem with.

I recently received this in pink and it it beautiful and the fit is excellent. I have just ordered it in periwinkle. I wore this to an outdoor wedding and it received many compliments. The set is just perfect for many occasions.
