Little but mighty
I read the reviews before purchasing. I have a small yard and just wanted to clean my deck so I thought I'd give it a try. Like others I read the directions first and found nothing about assembly after 15 minutes of trying to figure it out I noticed that there is step by step pictures to assemble on the outside of the box, problem solved. No issues working the pump kicked on for a few seconds like it says it will then shut off and had plenty of pressure. My deck looks brand new and it was easy to use. Wish staining could be that easy.

Construction hubby loved it!
My husband works in maintaining 7 shopping centers and has to use power washers all the time. Last week was the first time we opened the box on this and he did the entire outside of the house, vinyl, and it looks really good. We live in a wooded area and get a lot of green mold on the backside of the house especially. He is hard to please and didn't think it would work. He really liked it.

You Need Patience!
The worst part is how the lack of real instructions makes it so difficult to figure out how to assemble the unit. After some time and patience I got it together and it does works well. I am pleased with the unit now that the hard part is over. Someone needs to work on the actual assembly instructions. More detail would help. I guess they assume you put things this type of equipment together on a frequent basis and should be able to read between the lines. Once it is assembled you will forget the struggle it took.

Works for my needs
I bought this to clean my patio furniture after winter storage and it worked like a charm. Even worked on the deck but the pressure isn't high enough to make it EASY work. Overall, I'm pleased but this isn't HIGH pressure. Would I recommend to a friend? Since QVC requires I answer, I said Yes. HOWEVER, it depends on what my friend wants to clean.

So Far So Good
My husband felt it was hard to get started but once we got it going we were happy with the way it cleaned. At first he was ready to send it back but he seemed to enjoy finding more and more things to use it on. Hope it lasts!

Small but Mighty
My husband and I unpacked our pressure washer yesterday and first read all the instructions, which I suggest everyone does with this product. Checked and all the pieces were there and so we went out to the garage, assembled the parts we were going to use for cleaning deck and outdoor furniture. It worked great and was easy to use and we felt safe and positive about using it on all our furniture and new deck.
Next time we will be using it on the car with the soap dispenser and correct soap and the siding with is on parts of our house.
We are very pleased with the purchase and it is small, easy to store and easy to use.

Get the job done
I am happy with my purchase, cleans very well. The only negative was in the instructions, they are poorly written. Was not sure where the garden hose went, instructions said it was marked but my unit did not have any type of marking. Also, could not get it to work at first then figured out it had to be plugged in and reset.

Nice unit
I purchased this unit and it arrived at my door in a resonable amount of time. I was a bit frustrated by the directions. It wasnt clear how to assemble the unit. I had to call Blue Clean company for on the phone instructions on putting the unit together. I will say although other reviews might be negative towards the product. I had not issues at all. I was able to pressure wash my desk and I was surprised by the outcome. THe wood was so clean like it was just built recently. I havent used the soap bottle yet but at least I have have had no issues with the unit.

Defective?
I do not like to give bad reviews, Maybe I just got a defective unit. I made sure that all the connections were done correctly, but the nozzle would not transition from the zero degree to the wide spray at all, also gave a very weak non effective water pressure and the connection to the hose kept on leaking even though I tried to connect to two different hoses. So back it goes and wait 3 weeks for a refund.The easy pays are very alluring but it is such an inconvenience when ordering products online and then they do not perform. I'm picking one up at the hardware store instead.

Worst QVC Purchase EVER
It's possible I didn't have everything hooked up right-the instruction manual was little to no help and there were parts left over...the plastic hose connectors were the first clue-almost couldn't get the hose detached to send back due to metal on plastic cross threading. My garden hose with a sprayer attached gives much better pressure. I thought this was too good to be true at such a price and sadly IT IS! I hope they print this.

Disappointed....it won't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I received the pressure washer with great anticipation, hoses all hooked up with water pressure.....only to find that after assembly, it was defective! The pump only came on for a brief moment and then stopped completely. I unplugged the unit, checked to see if it tripped the circuit breaker (no) and tried it again and again no luck!
I packed it up in the original box, called QVC to let them know I would be returning it only to find out that the USPS would be handling the return journey to the QVC facility for a replacement unit. I'm sure that will be lightening fast turnaround!!! Two weeks......maybe? lol
Who knows, maybe the replacement unit will actually work?
