Bliss Hammocks XL Gravity Free Recliner w/Tray & Canopy with UV Protection
Great chair but arm bolt problem
This is my second chair. First one rusted in two years and arm bolt that hold arm to frame broke in half. I purchase second chair last summer. I did not use much. I am 110 pounds and again same place same side bolt broke again. I took bolt to hardware store and was able to get bolt to repair chair. Chair is very comfortable.
GREAT LOUNGE CHAIR
Beautiful and comfy and fits a variety of sized people. I have friends as tall as 6 ft 7 who have sat comfortably in this chair. My plus sized friends also say that it was comfortable. I think it is really nice looking and easy to clean. I am very pleased with the two of these I purchased.
I love these!
I got rid of my OLD patio furniture a few months ago and I really needed to get some furniture quickly. There was no Spring in Florida this year. I purchased two Bliss Hammocks XL Gravity Free Recliner w/Tray & Canopy with UV. I got one in the morning, pulled it onto the porch, opened the box, pulled it out, and sat on it. All I can say is AAAAAHHH comfort. I am disabled and it doesnt hurt to get into it, out of it, and sitting in it very comfortable. By the the evening, when the second one arrived, i already had my spot on the porch already created.
I love sitting on it out side or on the the porch. Finally, chairs everyone in my family enjoys sitting in...even the kids.
I bought two of these chairs about a year ago. Very comfortable and perfect for around my pool area. Then the bungee cord on one side of one of the chairs broke. Nobody that heavy in my family, no person above 175 lbs. sat in the chair, but it is in Florida and the sun does a number on outdoor furniture. I called the company to get a new bungee cord, they asked for a picture of the chair, I sent the picture, and they sent a new bungee cord that I could not put on this chair unless I was Hercules, when I let them know of my struggle I then got that these chairs are put together by machine, and I was correct, it is humanly impossible to restring the chair. So sorry. Here I am with an expensive chair that can't be used. I did expect better customer service.
Bought two for us and two more as Christmas gifts for the kids. Home run all around! They are well made too, I have shopped around, these are the best!
This so a surprisingly HEFTY item.
Needed a second set of hands to get the chair out of the box when it arrived ... So if you expect to be able to fling it under your arm to take to the park, beach, or stadium with a cooler or tote, you may have to re-think your options.
Reclining in it is very relaxing. It calls to me every day to come take a nap or read a book.
WISH #1: padded arm rests. The hard plastic surface is not elbow- friendly.
WISH #2: The newest Bliss recliner has a better multi-item cup tray which I'd prefer if only QVC would make available as a separate purchase -- my handled coffee mugs don't fit in the cup holder hole.
These chairs set on my deck all winter and still look as good as they did the day I received them. My favorite chair not only for comfort but for how beautiful they are. They are sturdy and well made.
Waste of Money
I ordered two of these chairs two summers ago. Within months, both arm rests turned from brown to green and the locks on both chairs stopped working. I don't find them comfortable in the upright position, so we have to sit alllllll the way back to use them at all. I won't order any more products made by Bliss.
We add more to our collection each summer
My husband and I are ordering two more to add to our five for the pool. No one sits in the other chairs we paid so much for everyone sits in these. The Bliss chair is easy to get in and out of. It is really comfortable. We sometimes go outside to just sit in our chairs and relax. I lost a screw in one of the chairs. I sent Bliss an email and a photo of the missing chair part. Customer service was very friendly and sent the replacement part quickly at no charge.
I put these out on the Patio by pool on 9/14 and they are getting rusted and I am not very happy. When you move the loungers rusted water collects on the canopy on top. :-(
I order them in 6/14 and didn't moved until the end of July 2014 and didn't use them until pool was completed so it was too late to returned them. I wish I can returned them for something else. Help :-(
I bought 2 of the XL Bliss chairs last year and they both rusted and dripped orange colored rusty like water from being rained on. Not worth the money and I had to finally trash mine and that's a lot of money for 1 year of use. The rusted areas were where the connections of the metal meet in various area.
I bought 2 for where I live during the week! In Queens, NY! LOVED them so much I bought 4 more for my mountain house! It is a shame they are a bit heavy I would loved to take one to the beach but just to heavy to carry I guess if you put it on a wheeled device, you could get it to the beach. I did break one side table because I forgot to take it off before I closed it. So I have a total of 6 and I loved every one of them! Sooooo comfortable!!! Bought them summer of 2014.
