Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great vacuum when it works I use this for carpet and tile in my tiny 500 sq ft apartment. It works very well! I love how I can set it to run at the same time every day and I love how my floors are always clean. It will clean my bathroom rugs also with no problems getting on and off of the rugs. The vacuum transitions very well between carpet and tile. The one and only problem I have had with this vacuum is the brush coming out of the spring loaded end of the brush holding assembly and drilling holes into the plastic which damages the unit and makes the brush fall out during operation. I have had this unit replaced once already within 9 months and upon trying to get it replaced again the customer service rep misunderstood me and sent me the cover for the brush which isn't even damaged and then we were disconnected. Upon calling back i was told to wait until the cover comes in, to use the new cover, and if the unit still has problems to call back again. The customer service of first replacement of the unit was amazing. But this second time around I don't even know if it's worth it anymore. Bottom line is if the issues with the brush holder assembly were solved and if customer service communication would improve I would give 5 stars.
