Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Vacuum is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 418.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a nice little sweeper and it really is great. The first time using it the roller brush quit. I couldn't figure out why, so I got the manual out, took the bottom plate off and I had sucked up a small foam ball, took it out, put it back together and it's now fine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So not worth the money This is the worst vacuum purchase I have made. Where do I start.. heavy and cumbersome, attachments fall off at the slightest bump and there is no extension wand so you have to use this micro thing if you want to cover the holes on the end of the wand. The handheld little rotator does not rotate or pick up pet hair... worst of all is the claim that it is hands-free emptying... not even close. I have to use a knife and needle nose pliers after every use to get the hair and ick out from around the green thing in the dust collector - see photo. I have two cats and Goldendoodle dog - not that much hair as the dog does not shed and this still cant keep up. would return if I could but when the attachments fell off, my puppy chewed the end of the micro wand so I am stuck with it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I would not buy this product again. you will not get the freshly vacuumed look (deep clean) on your carpet unless you use the lesser bare floor height. Even then you can not tell the carpet was vacuumed closely. Not worth the money for the pet hair to clump together. Big disappointment

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this vac! I have a Keeshond and they are one of the most hairest dogs ever. I was constantly cutting the hair from the roller of my previous vacuum. With this one, just a minimal pulling of hair out of the bristles is necessary. A true time saver! I dont dread vacuuming anymore. That being said, I'm not thrilled with the hose attachments. They feel a bit underpowered and the small dust brush is a pain to snap off the hose attachment and move here and there...plus...it is small. The lighted crevice tool works fine. Its great that the hair twists up in the bin so no more reaching in! Thats amazing!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but still a flaw It does a very good job on upholstery, but unfortunately, when using it on bare floor, it seems to have significant blowback on very small debris, such as kitty litter. I have 3 cats & a dog, which is why I bought this model. But the blowback is annoying, especially when using the beater bar. Sometimes I turn around & discover the stuff I thought I sucked up is just behind me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First vacuum that cleans without clogged hair on brush I have an Aussie Shepherd with long hair. Have tried 5 different animal vacuums, and all would clog and the roller brush's would need constant hair removal for them to continue working taking about 5 minutes each time 2 or 3 times per room. Got the bissell-pet-hair-eraser-upright-vacuum-1650a and gave the rug 5 shedding days, so the hair was really bad on the rugs. Ran the Bissell Pet hair eraser, and it cleaned the rugs and got all the dog hair, and not once did the roller brush get tangled with hair, or the vacuum get plugged. I'm a happy camper...
