So comfortable I love these shoes, so pretty and very, very comfortable. I never had the soft footbed before, my goodness, it is so comfortable. If you are on the fence go for it. I have little short fat feet, and these shoes feel like they were made just for my feet. 04-05-13

ALL Birki's should have SOFT FOOTBEDS!!!!! LOVE the soft footbed Birkenstock's!!!! My feet have become more sensitive as I age and the regular Birk's are too hard for me. Wearing these is like walking on air!!! No comparison. Love the turquoise color. More bright colors please! A+ on this one. 04-02-13

LOVE 'EM! These are great looking, classy, beautifully made, and for my size 35 (in European shoes) feet, very comfortable. LIke all Birks, they're good for posture and alleviating back pain. After reading reviews below re: no toe bar, I examined my pair. My finger feels the subtle shape of a toe bar at the top of the sole. I can also see that shape, but it's much less pronounced and not at all visually obvious like in other Birks. So for whatever benefit your feet find with the usual toe bar, there's much less of that here. Either way, I'm very pleased w/my navy pair (more royal blue than blackish blue) and look forward to getting more colors when I can afford them. 03-26-13

Going Back I got these in the coral and the turquoise and they were my first soft footbeds. I am sending these back for several reasons. The soft footbed felt good at first but within hours the cushioning seemed to go flat and also these sandals didn't have a toe bar! The straps looked like they were made out of cheap plastic and the top strap dug into my foot, even though there was plenty of room. The colors of both are much brighter than they appeared on my screen and they are too bright for my taste. I am a huge fan of Birkenstock and I own several pairs, but these just don't cut it in my opinion. From now on I will just stay with my 2 strap, original footbed. 03-26-13

Comfort in Style These shoes are so comfortable, I actually look forward to putting them on. I purchased the turquoise ones, a beautiful bright shade! And thats not all, they are so feminine looking and lovely I always get compliments on them. I like to wear them not only for the arch support and creamy feeling they give my feet but because I am confident that they are also stylish and pretty. Shoes that make me smile, thats the Birkis softbed cutout sandals. I highly recommend them! 03-24-13

No Toe Bar I ordered these thinking about all the other similar ones that I love so very much, however, I failed to realize that these didn't have the usual toe bar that all my others have. This was a big mistake for me. I find that they are more difficult to keep on when walking for any length of time. Of course, rather than spend more money on return postage, I kept them. But it was a hard lesson to learn. If these had the toe bar I would be back to order other colors. This is a "no"for me. 03-19-13

really love this style I really love this style, have a total of seven pairs in this style, two of which are the soft bed. I don't have to break them in, wear them right out of the box. The only problem is, I have so many pairs of Birkenstocks, I've run out of room in my shoe holders. I wear both sandles and clogs, depending on the temperature. 03-15-13

Great Sandal Already had this sandal in the champagne color and came back for the navy. They are very comfortable. I have several pair of Birkinstock sandals and never needed to break them in...could wear them right out of the box without a problem. I wear a size 7 shoe and size 37 is perfect for me. The navy is a nice color, but more of a purple blue...very nice. 03-11-13

Love "Softbed" sandals I bought this sandal in turquoise blue. They are soooooo comfortable! And also very cute. Would like to know why all the Birkie sandals do not come in "softbed". Really makes all the difference. I ordered the 5 1/2 - 6 and they fit perfectly. My normal shoe size is size 6. 03-08-13
