Rated 1 out of 5 by NancyBeatriz Shabby suede. Cheap cheap.....
I received 2 order of boots and the first one had the laces broken and were too tight.
The second pair the suede and shearling were shabby. It was barely shearling and the suede was totally scrunch up(cheap). The second pair in contrast to the first, although it was the same size was to big and on this pair the laces were broken also. When I paid $260.00 for something I do not expect 2nd rate merchandize. These boots were sent from the vendor.I wonder if QVC has done quality control before accepting merchandize that bypass them. Because I inquired about the boots to Jane Tracey, on Facebook I will also send her my review, as she is the face of most of the shoes I buy from QVC.

These are the most comfortable. They were a little tight at first. A couple hours of wear and they were broken in. They're very light weight. These are different from the rest and I've received many compliments.

I have a narrow foot, and these boots were narrow on my foot. I tried them on with very thin socks and they pinched my foot. I returned them the same day I received them.
Rated 2 out of 5 by tco NOT SURE THIS IS SLIP RESISTANT
The soles are said to be slip resistant, but the portion of the sole that strikes the walking surface is hard and slick. There is some type of grid marks further up in the indentations, but the area that would meet an icy surface doesn't look like it would grip or keep the boot from slipping at all. It may, and I mean may, work for dry fluffy snow, but I am reluctant to try them on melting snow. Moving between outdoor to indoor floors such as malls may be dangerous as well. The "lace-up to fit" feature works fairly well, but if you cinch the ankle in too far the boot doesn't look right. They boot is attractive and the inner lining and upper boot suede are wonderfully soft..
