Q: Can I use my Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths on stainless steel?
A: Yes. Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths are ideal for stainless steel surfaces. No-Streak Cloths, alone with water, will do a great job in helping to keep stainless steel looking new. Always wipe in the direction of the grain to avoid scratching the surface.
Q: Why am I getting streaking on my stainless steel?
A: If you're seeing streaks when cleaning your stainless steel, there's most likely old cleaner residue on the surface. This buildup must first be removed from the surface.
To remove the residue of a previous stainless steel cleaner, it's best to use Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths. First, wet thoroughly with water and fold the cloth into quarters. This will give you 8 flat sides to clean with.
Next, add baking soda to the top of the first side, adding more water if necessary, to form a light paste. Do not apply baking soda dry as it may scratch the surface. Always clean with the grain of your stainless steel to keep from scratching your surface. Repeat with other sides of cloth until old stainless cleaner is removed. Then wash the cloth to remove cleaner residue and baking soda.
Important note: It's best to test the above procedure in an inconspicuous area first.
Q: How do I use my Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths?
A: Simply wet your Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths with water. Wring out well. Don't over-dampen the cloths. Then simply wipe your surface! If you're getting residual water spots, your cloth may be too wet. Wring and repeat.
Q: How do I clean my Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths?
A: Simply rinse them in water. If they're very dirty, you may wash by hand or put them in the washing machine with standard detergent. Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths can be bleached but aren't designed to be bleached on a continual basis. Air dry. Don't use fabric softeners.
Q: Where can I use my Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths?
A: Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths can clean hard surfaces such as glass, chrome, stainless steel, ceramic, Corian, granite, marble, windshields, and more. Use them to clean bathrooms, kitchens, windows, mirrors, appliances, shower doors, countertops, cars, motorcycles, RVs, and more.
Q: Can I use Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths on my TV, laptop, or tablet?
A: Yes, just make sure that your cloth is only slightly damp.
Q: Why am I getting streaks and water spots on my windows?
A: Residual streaks and water spots are the result of the cloth being too wet. Be sure to wring it out well. The cloth may have grease or dirt from previous cleanings which can prevent the streak-free clean. To clean your cloth, see the "How do I clean my Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths?" question above.
Q: How often should I wash my Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths?
A: The best way to tell when it is time to wash your cloths is if the surfaces you are cleaning are not left completely streak free. If you've just cleaned a greasy surface the cloth is probably ready to be cleaned. For more, see the "How do I clean my Bio Cleaner No-Streak Cloths?" question above.
