I am shocked by the poor reviews on this tree. I have always had real trees, but wanted to try a high quality artificial to see if I would be satisfied. I had ordered a Bethlehem lights tree back in July when it was a Today's Special Value. I ordered this one as well and stood them up side by side. They were basically identical, but I liked the twinkle feature on this one more so I returned the other tree. This tree is full and beautiful. I have had some beautiful real trees and this one, was more beautiful by far. It was perfectly full, you could not see through it at all as others stated and anyone that came to my home during the holidays thought it was real. It went together and came down so easily I was able to do it all myself. All lights sections worked perfectly and I loved the timer option. I'm not sure what tree others got, but I am very picky about my trees - ask my husband as I would drag him over acres of local tree farms to find the perfect real tree - and I am very satisfied with this tree.

The tree is made so cheap. The wires are poorly wrapped and it is made of cheap plastic. Not worth the money. Very dissatisfied.

They said "the best tree we've ever built"
Glad I never ordered a previous tree from them.
Not full. Not lush. Can see right through it from top to bottom.
However, easy to assemble, and the glistening incandescent lights are gorgeous at night. Overpriced? Yes. Wonderful? No. Beautiful at night? Yes.

The only good thing I can say is I liked the click together aspect and I did assemble it myself without a problem. Was excited to get this tree. Disappointed as soon as I took the tree out of the box. The outside of the branches were a nice thick plastic as shown on the program, however the interior of the branches were the cheapest material they could have used! This was not disclosed on the show. Multiple lights did not work. The stability once assembled is questionable. Irritated with myself for not packing it up and returning immediately. Was too anxious to get in the Christmas spirit. After this experience and receiving this expensive, poor quality item, I will only purchase items from QVC that I'm familiar with.

I have had a Bethlehem Lights tree for 11 yrs. I liked the new features on this tree. Ordered it, received it & set it up. Did not click correctly & did not light correctly. Certainly was not a $600 tree. Boxed it up. Sent it back. Set up the old tree. I will not purchase another tree online. I do not recommend this tree. Disappointing.

I thought it was easy to setup but it's not what was advertised. Very thin branches. We can see all the way through to the other side of the tree. VERY UNSTABLE! I am not happy at all. Lights are pretty, however.

We were so excited to put up our first pre-lit tree this year but what a disappointment this one was! First of all, there were supposed to be screws included with the stand which we needed to secure the tree. Ours were missing so we contacted Bethlehem Lights. They offered to mail us some but because we had pieces of the 9' tree laying across our living room & had company coming that weekend, I asked if they would overnight them to us. The rep curtly refused. The instructions don't even tell you what size screws are needed so we had to take the tree stand to a hardware store to find what would work. Two hours later we got the tree together only to find large holes in the branches so you could see the center pole in several areas on every side of the tree! The branches aren't flexible so they can't be repositioned and there was no way to make it look good (and not even close to looking like a $600 tree!) I called QVC and fortunately they were fantastic and made arrangements to pick up the tree for return, however, we will be decorating the rest of the house while we search for another 9' tree. Even more disappointing than the tree itself, however, was the complacent attitude from the folks at Bethlehem Lights (not to mention their lack of quality control.....)

We purchased the nine foot tree. We unpacked it yesterday. Easy to install but you need two people to put in the very top piece. The tree is weird. It has tipped branches that are the typical plastic needle construction, but the rest of the tree is made of that cheap papery material you find on the branches of cheap artificial trees in drug stores. I knew there would be two different kinds of needles, per the tv segment, but I had expected better quality. We turned it on last night and over 40 bulbs are not working. They send a packet of replacement bulbs but we need more as additional bulbs are now not working. I contacted the GKI/Bethlehem Lighting company at their toll free number this morning. You don't get a real person. They have you leave a message so they can call you back. It has been almost six hours now and I have not heard back from anyone. Tempted to return the tree, so haven't decorated it yet. The remote and timer are nice, though. I was so excited to get this, and am so disappointed with the quality and customer service for the dollars paid. Will give their customer service another chance, but I wouldn't purchase this again or recommend it to a friend.
