Dec 2015 was our 3rd year and same as other viewer top and bottom lights went out.. tried everything.. nothing worked.. if I were to pack this tree up and ship it would probally cost 1/2 of a new tree. All this "new" technolgy is not long lasting were going back to the good ol fashion string on lights. Dont waste your $$.. and aggrivasion
Rated 1 out of 5 by Education is Power Warranty Misleading!
I agree with other reviewers on this product. I purchased a 6.5' instant power Bethlehem Lights tree 3 years ago. The lights worked well the first year. The second year a few went out. This year, lights at the top and bottom were not working. When I called the company about the product warranty, it took forever to get in touch with anyone to talk with. When I finally did speak with a representative, I was told that I would have to go through each individual light to see if any were loose or broken. If that did not fix the problem, I was to get an extension cord and plug in each individual section of the tree to see if the pole was the problem. If 2 other "troubleshooting" procedures, did not rectify the problem, I was to ship the tree back to the company at my own expense and pay to have it repaired.
At this point I am beyond frustrated. The 5 year warranty that is advertised with this product is worthless in my opinion. Don't waste your money.

I expected better from Bethlehem Lights! Nothing good about this tree. The tree looked very cheap for the $339 price. Highly embarrassed that I bought this tree. One color only. No remote or foot pedal. I DO NOT recommend this purchase.

I agree with the previous review. The lights on our tree only worked the first year, and one or two strings went out each year after. The tree itself does look nice, but I spent the extra money for the ease of use, and at this point, it's just a plain artificial tree. Definitely not money well spent and a huge disappointment from a company that QVC is always giving glowing reviews about.

Love, Love, It Got the tree on November 30th. I put it together on The 1st, it was so easy to put up. If a 70yr old can do it anyone can. It's a nice full tree, I love full trees. No skinny trees for me.

Easy to set up,but was disappointed in the look of the needles.they looked different on tv.also I tried shaping the branches to give it the full look they had on tv but I got a lot of gaps.it could have used more lights for the price.other than that at a distance and after it was decorated and ease of assembly it's a nice tree.

I've had 3 Bethlehem Lights trees and the lights on none of them lasted. I thought I had found the answer with the instant power tree and it was the worst of them all. The first year was good. The second year one string went out and by the 3rd year one string was working by the end of the Christmas season. When I contacted Bethlehem Lights they said they would send me new lights. Have you ever tried to remove lights from a prelit tree? Even worse have you tried restringing a tree that comes in sections? I would not recommend this tree and will never own another Bethlehem Lights tree.
