My fountain
First off thank you Qvc, Ive been with u since the first day on the air....As a child, I always wanted 2 things in my life, a fountain and fireplace and QVC made it happen... I have 2 fountains..One broke because i didnt put sand in it and the weather ruined it from falling over so Im not throwin it out, Im putting flowers in it, my new one is getting put together and will be put in the yard as soon as weather improves, love both fountains, love feeding birds so this new one will be great, easy to put together and really makes the yeard look so much nicer! Dont hesitate to by it!

Have 3 Fountains And Love Them
I normally do not do reviews, but here goes. I love love love my fountains. I bought my first one three years ago and it still running. Last year I purchased 2 more. They run beautifully. Even after Harvey my fountains function perfectly. I love the sound and the beauty that they provide on my patio and in the garden. I would recommend this to anyone. Easy set up and easy to maintain. I just spoke with Mia in customer service at Bernini and she was great. I needed to buy extra batteries. Trust me you will love these fountains.

Disappointed
The water does not reach the top of the final teir. I have had to settle for it to flow from level 2 into large bottom. Its a lovely fountain. I just wish I had put this to use when I first received it before return window closed. I would gladly pay more for one that actually works as advertised.

I had a problem assembling the fountain. Not only did a receive an immediate call but had the nicest lady helping me - her name is Pam. There was no problem with the fountain . The problem was me . Pam was patient and helped me through out the whole process. I am very pleased with their costumer service. Can't wait to have the whole fountain ready for the birds!

Love the fountain ,the price.
I ordered the Solar Panel to use with the fountain even though it didn't originally come with it
One thing I would change is it to Run at least 8 Hours.

Bird Seed On A Water Feature???
Not sure they thought this through. Anyone that feeds birds knows what a mess they make. There will be seed in the water and will probably clog the filter. You'll be cleaning this constantly.

Terrible...wish I could Give Zero Star
The pump and battery charger never worked, and QVC couldn’t get a replacement from Bernini. Also, Bernini will not return customer calls.

From fountain to bird feeder/bath
This wonderful fountain is a feeder for the birds. Also for water. My vet-tech granddaughter tells me birds are at risk for dehydration and will "fly till they die". I sit in my room and see the many birds feeding and drinking. Love this! Fountain is resin and easy to move. Nice to have it delivered and on easy pay. Would be nice to have a plug on largest tier to drain.
