Bought this in Memory of my brother who just passed away......it is a wonderful reminder and helps sort out the things in life that clutter it! Great de-stresser!

I enjoyed this fountain all summer and then noticed some paint coming off the main bowl. I called Bernini fountains and Ian from customer service quickly and pleasantly handled the situation and a new bowl was sent. I am very pleased with the fountain, just wish I hadn't missed out on the remote for it.

I, too, had problems with the fountain not running after a short time. Ian at Bernini helped me. First they sent me a new battery to try- no luck and now a new controller to try. I know it is hard when you purchase something that doesn't work right, but at least this vendor helps you. They respond promptly to email. The fountain still looks great in my courtyard.

Two months after purchase fountain no longer worked. Recharged with no success. I emailed customer service and spoke with Ian, who was very helpful. He sent me a new battery and the fountain is now working. Kudos to Ian, but I don't think it should be necessary to get a new battery after only two months. Hopefully it was a fluke and this battery will last longer!

My wife and I purchased a Dancing Waters Rechargeable fountain in April of 2016. We also purchased the solar panel for it in order to keep from having to manually charge the battery every 3 or 4 days. It worked great for about 5 months and suddenly stopped coming on at the designated time each evening for 2 hours. It would come on by manually turning it on, and have to manually turned off as well, unless the battery ran down first. I contacted Ian @ the Yeiser Research customer service department by email. (Yeiser Research <email@example.com>) These are the folks who handle warranty issues with the Bernini fountains. He replied back to my email with an hour from me sending it, which was amazing I thought. He had a new control port and ABCD switch sent to my home within 3 days. I installed the new parts and still had the same issue. I contacted him again via email, and he promptly sent me another connection port. That still didn't resolve the issue. He then had me a new battery shipped to my home, which apparently is what was causing the issue. The fountain is now working perfectly. I was very impressed with the service and promptness of the representative. While it may have taken a couple weeks to pin point the problem, there was never a question of his resolve to get the problem fixed. Best customer service I've dealt with in a long time!

I bought the Bernini fountain. About 3 months into running my fountain the battery decided not to charge anymore. I called the company spoke to Racquel Y and explained to her what happened. Because the batteries are under a one yr warranty she replaced battery with no questions and was a very nice lady. Love a company that likes to make their customers happy!!! Thanks Racquel Y for sending me a new battery and the delivery was super fast!!!! I will buy again from this company!!!

I purchased this fountain earlier this summer...I have purchased one every year for the last 4 years....there is a raccoon that visits nighty...apparently he couldn't find a drink so turned my newest fountain over, breaking the finial. ..I called Ian and he replaced the finial for me..very nice man and I appreciated all his help, so my fountain is back to original and I'm happy!!

This is my third fountain from Bernini. All of which are working beautifully with a few issues on battery and the latest on my newest fountain with the abcd switch. I called first for customer service and left message. No return call. In the meantime I emailed and got a prompt response from Ian; who was very helpful. Got replacements parts out immediately and I installed. Fountain working again. Thanks again Ian for your help !
