Myth
I would not have tried this color, Myth, had I not read another reviewer's comments. I'm glad I did! This is now my new favorite eyeshadow color. So much prettier on than what shows on the computer screen. It's sort of a dusky bluish/grayish - think storm clouds - with a touch of lavender.

NOT THE COLOR SHOWN
I just received the shadow "camp". It is not at all the color pictured. It is more brown and has shimmer which makes it more like a BE glimmer or glimpse rather than a regular eye shadow. I was disappointed :(

Nouveau
Love the color. Very nudish. I love Bare Minerals in general. All of their products are wonderful. Been using them for over 10 years.

Nice color !
Got this in "Adventure". I'm in my 50's, so I'm done with bright eye shadows. This shade is very nice. By adding a little more, it gives a nice pop beyond a neutral look. Goes with everything. (I have very hazel eyes) Took off 1 star for the tiny pot.

I ordered the color Shantung. When ever I wear this color I get soooo many compliments. It"s very pretty. LOVE LOVE IT !!!!

To Sift or not to Sift
I have read most of the reviews of this product. I have never received a shadow without the sifter, however, if you don't like the mess--don't travel with BE products with sifters--and I have done all the shaking and banging on the counter I care to in order to get the product back under the sifter. I guess I would rather they were loose powders as opposed to taking the time and trouble with the banging method.
However, I like the product and will continue to purchase it. I finally labeled the top of each container (with a label maker) with the name and then the color I think applies to it. I have done the same with all of the products that don't have a locking sifter because I got tired of standing on my head to try to read the bottom or turning it over and having too much product in the top of the sifter.
I have even put a piece of scotch tape over the holes when traveling, however, when you take the tape off, you lose more product.
I have decided that using a paper towel under the containers and brushes, while applying the product, is the least messy way to go.
Four stars because of powders flying all over the place. If the packaging was different--5 stars.

Great neutral shade!
BE has done it again. Great neutral shade that goes with everything. This product really brightens the eye area.

Pretty Eyeshadow!
I just recently purchase the eyeshadow Myth and its a beautiful color. The photo dosen't do the color justice. I would have to describe the color as almost a periwinkle greyish color with some slight shimmer. When worn more sheer it almost takes on a lavender-periwinkle color, but when worn more intense it has more of a grey tone to it. A very pretty eyeshadow color especially for this time of year. Thank u QVC and Bare Escentuals for such wonderful products.

Not color true
I just received my order (which I had waited for on backorder). I love BareMinerals but was disappointed. It isn't even close to the color presented and it was also listed as a "matte" finish - which it is most definitely not. It is actually almost a gold color. I really wish they would come out with a line of matte finish eye shadows. I love most of the products but was disappointed in this.

The Best Colors
I heard that BE has over 300 eyeshadow colors so there's no excuse not finding the right shade. Anyway, in the summer I use Cloud Nine and in the winter I use Pacific Heights. When I want to look a little more "made up" I put Passionate Plum in the outer third of my lids, it goes with both shades beautifully Whisper glimpse on the brow and away I go.

Great!!!
I am addicted to BE. I have a TON of the eye shadows, glimpses, and glimmers. In the shadows, I just bought the Shantung and Blush. Together they are amazing. I have blue eyes and I usually go for browns to make them pop. However, the Shantung really brings out my baby blues. The Blush color is a soft, soft pink that is a wonderful highlighter......browbone and in the corner of my eyes. Yay for BE!!!

Love these eyeshadows
I've been using bare minerals eye shadows & the rest of the BE line for over 5 years. I love their shadows and I don't have any of the problems some other reviewers. The colors last all day long and feel like silk on my eye lids. The love the pots without the sifters because it's easier to access the shadow and it seems like you get much more shadow in the pot when they don't include the sifter. I don't know how some people think it's messy. I dab my shadowbrush into the pot, get a good amount, shake off the extra in the cap & then put it on. If you try to pour alittle into the cover like Leslie does on TV with a sifter in there...I guess you could make a big mess. Then if you pour too much, you gotta pour it back. For me, my way makes me use only what I need & I don't waste any.
