Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such a pretty one of a kind ring! This ring arrived today and OH MY!! This is the prettiest ring that I own! It just makes me smile when I look down on my hand. It is just beautiful!! Not too large or too small, very noticeable on the finger. The detail is extraordinary and I can't get over how beautiful it is! The stone sparkles and shines and I'm so happy to have purchased this one of a kind ring. Thank you Barbara Bixby! Don't hesitate on this, it's worth all the money I spent. Would give it more than five stars if I could.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My word! What a little beauty! I saw a review that said the return of this ring isn't as nice as original, but I didn't know original, so I am well pleased with the quality of the present version. Perfect in design and execution. Because the color is so deep and rich, I can't really see the little metal insert in the gem bee body that another reviewer mentioned. What little I can see doesn't bother me and reassures me that my ring will be secure. I don't know if the stone colors vary, but mine is a darker cognac-citrine color, which I like. Barbara's gold treatment is up to it's usual quality. I was stalking this ring hoping I would get it on a sale of some kind. However, I liked it so much I decided to snag it when an ez-pay opportunity came up. It is every bit worth the cost, IMHO. I make art using wax, so, for me, this ring has even more meaning than Barbara and the hosts discuss. All 'round winner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A favorite I became a collector when I had seen her bumblebee enhancer, unfortunately I was unable to purchase the enhancer because it was sold out. I was delighted to see that she brought this ring back so immediately I purchased the ring and fell in love thanks Barbara well done!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classy And Simple I don't know what it is about this piece that makes me happy. I like that it isn't too whimsical. Perhaps it's the cut of the cognac quartz of the bee's body. It's not a ring that demands attention, which is nice sometimes. I look down at it and smile.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A Very Painful Sting My husband called me Queen Bee, and bought me this Bumble Bee ring and the matching enhancer when he got sick. I treasured these pieces, and was devastated when they were stolen. Then when I saw the ring had been brought back in stock, I ordered it immediately in hopes that the enhancer would soon follow. BUT WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT WHEN IT ARRIVED. This ring was in no way, shape or form an exact replica of the original Bumble Bee ring. This new version was a very scaled down, thin and cheap looking version of the original ring. Barbara Bixby does not even need to bother bringing back the matching enhancer. If I could purchase the original pieces, I would be completely willing to pay the money if that is the issue here. I am returning this ring, and I must say the faith and trust that I once placed in BB's jewelry is a bit taunted now. My husband bought me many pieces, and at one time I would have put it up against any other designers work and quality anywhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Perfect Bee Ring When I first saw this bee ring on line, prior to Barbara's Q visit, I knew I had to have it for my first finger to wear with my 37 year old wedding band. I never buy a thin band ring for my first chubby finger, but the Q pic showed it on the model's first finger and something clicked in my head. 37 yrs ago I picked a 3.5 carat blood ruby for my solitaire engagement ring; my husband, then my fiancé, thought I should have a diamond. Along the way My husband bought me a diamond solitaire ring to wear with my ArtCarved vine and flower yellow and white wedding band, but I seldom wear it. When I saw the Q online pic of the model wearing the bee ring on her first finger I knew it would look beautiful with my band and diamond solitaire. And it does! Thank you Barbara for s perfect spectacular design; the whiskey quartz briolette is glowing sitting atop the swirling silver under carriage. I ordered my normal size for my first finger but I recommend sizing down for your other fingers, as I did when I purchased the incense burner ring that has a similar thin but beautiful carved band ! Just love it! Don't change a thing!
